Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. Jacuzzi is really enjoyable . Hosts are thoughtful and easy to communicate. We highly recommend this place to stay on the island. Eric and Sandrine

This isn't just a holiday home, it's a real family home away from home. We've been here before and we'll definitely be back. Maria is a great host. Everything was all set for us and the villa's even been upgraded with new appliances, bedding and outdoor furniture. The view is still fantastic, and Portocolom is cute and peaceful. We give it five stars!

Great location and beautiful house.

we had a great holiday at francisca’s place (family of 6 adults)! the location and surrounding of the place are truly unique and amazing. the outside area offers a lot to do and different seating areas. the rooms are nice and clean, everyhting is nicely furbished. communication was very good and friendly. i only have a small complaint: i would have expected a decent amount of dish washer tabs, cleaning cloths and towels in the kitchen (there was only 1 cloth and 2 towels provided for 1 week for 6 people, and 3 dishwasher tabs) and toilet paper to be provided. additionally, some of the equipment could be renewed (like a toilet brush, heavily scratched pans, leaking jug). but these are very small complaints on a very high level:) the kitchen itself very well equipped. it didn’t disturb our great stay, we would definitely come back anytime!

Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open

We had a great time. Awesome location with a beautiful views of the ocean. 10 minute walk right into Cala Ratjada. A lot of tennis, paddle, and beach volleyball courts close by (Na Taconera) We loved it! Joan is a very friendly, kind host, he is very easy to reach and helped us out with all our questions.

1. Carmen is a gem. She was responsive to all my questions. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. But more than that she was exceedingly kind and excited about sharing her love for the island. She made everything smooth. 2. The place is very sweet, with wonderful little touches to give it charm. The bathrooms are modern and clean, the kitchen is well-appointed. It's clear Carmen has thought through all the details. And the patio is heavenly. 3. It's a wonderful location if your priority is visiting the beaches in the southeast. It has relatively easy drives to Mondrago and Moro and is minutes away from Es Trenc. There are also pleasant walks along the coast in both directions right outside the front door. 4. The ice cream on a waffle drizzled in chocolate sauce around the corner at the Colonial is worth it. Maybe several times.

Absolutely loved this Villa. It was in a peaceful tranquil location. The surrounding town had the required amenities, there is not a massive amount to do in Cala Mendia but local transport is easily accessible. The villa itself was beautiful and clean with the added touch of a beautiful pool.

We had the most amazing holiday. The house had everything you could wish for and it was very very clean. It was very near the most beautiful beach. There were lots of nice towns and markets nearby. We loved our stay and highly recommend this house. The hosts were amazing. We had forgotten our passports and found out when we were already at the airport, Juan drove towards us with the passports and met us half way.

Beautiful house, pretty small but nice. The beds in the house are soft and big!! Very nice.. Great tv and outside garden and roof terrace are beautiful. 2 things to concider. You need a small car because parking close to the house a problem with big car and it's a small house. Perfect with 4 persons, more will be crowded. But def 5 stars😃

We had a lovely stay in a wonderful Villa. As the description warned, you have a number of steps to negotiate to get into the centre of Santa Ponce or quite a long walk but it does provide good exercise! I would highly recommend the property.

Alenka’s place was lovely and clean. Perfect for a large family. It had two living areas and kitchens. Plenty of outdoor space to follow the sun.

We had a few quiet and relaxing days in Jörg's house. The layout of the house is also great and you quickly feel comfortable! However, you should be mobile :) but with a car / motorcycle a great choice! We would definitely recommend it 🤭

Roman's home is beautiful, spacious and peaceful. It is actually even nicer than the pictures! Still close to restaurants and supermarkets and easy to get into the centre. Roman was very quick reply and came to let us into the property. Would highly recommend.

Antonio is a wonderful host. We gave some suggestions for visits and even extremely accurate restaurants.We decorate coves ( the one in Mondrago is a paradisiacal beach!). We visit Portopetro is beautiful and Soler and its port. Delighted with Mallorca!!!

We had a wonderfully quiet vacation. The house is located in the small village of Betlem and was a great starting point for excursions and hikes. We especially liked the coastal hiking trail to two turquoise bays. It starts almost behind the house. Unfortunately, the village of Betlem is shaded behind a mountain range and now in autumn the sun only appeared later in the morning. In the village, there is a mini supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning. In summary, it can be said that we lacked nothing in our short vacation.

Everything was great & as described. The appartment looks very nice, clean & is located just a few minutes walking from the beach. Marga is a lovely host and very helpful! Looking forward to our next stay here. Thank you again!

Maria’s place is great if you want some peace and quiet outside of Palma. The house was spotlessly clean. We shared a few messages before our arrival and I asked if the place had a bbq, unfortunately it didn’t. However, when we arrived we saw that Maria had been and brought one and a bag of coals to go with it! The house does have a faint smell of smoke which didn’t bother us but may bother others. You certainly need a car to make the most of what the island has to offer. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Maria!

Very nice house. Accomodation like on the pictures, good easy communication with Catalina. Huge advantage is that downstairs is huge garage where is left beach assortment ( umbrellas, mattresses) and toys for kids. Some balls matrices for swimming pool are as well outside to use. Localisation close to shops and few restaurants. Bed mattresses were too soft for us and king size bed is making a lot of sounds. Besides this huge benefit is that house has 3 bathrooms fully equipped. Could be better cleaned, drain in one of the shower was blocked. Beside this big recommendation! You will definitely find w erything you need there :)

We were 1st time on Mallorca and it was nice, but this beautiful house made it better, like paradise. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms and from the roof. Calm evenings and nights on the terrace, and morning swimming in the pool. Bed's were comfortable, baths were clean and fully equipped. we were amazed. the whole house is for 6adults and 3kids, it has 2 big bedrooms,1 smaller and one kids room for 3 kids. there are games to the pool and sun umbrella ( think someone left it there). there are few restaurants and bars very near to the accommodation (5mins by foot), the nice beach is 7mins too. from there you can move to one hidden beach which is 15mins from it. if you have car, you can park inside. and you can visit 30beaches - max 40mins from there. I hope we will come back again. Thanks for everything Antolin.

A beautiful special apartment with exceptional fantastic views directly to the sea!

We had the best stay with family and friends! The house is even better than you can imagine and the view is just beyond breathtaking. Every detail is beautiful and it’s so welcoming. Waking up to the warming sunrise every morning and ending the day by the pool is unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to create memories – can’t wait to come back!
