We had a great time, the accommodation is as described, very clean. The garden is very pretty and secure, the plus, the parking space in the yard. Anne and Benoit are very welcoming and available. I confirm that the apartment is very well heated (stay at the end of February and I'm sensitive to the cold), the adjustment of the radiators and the temperature are not a problem. So I don't understand the negative comments about it, don't pay attention to them. If I have to come back to Le Cannet often I would definitely take this place again.

We've never felt more comfortable than with Michele. She is a very loving and hospitable woman. You stay in a separate building on the large property and have parking right in front of the property on the premises. We had room for two cars and two trailers with four motorcycles. You can walk to the supermarket, bakery or other shops in a few minutes. The beach is 15 minutes by car and the mountains, for example for motorcycling, are just around the corner. The place was super clean and equipped with everything you could ever need. The kitchen is complete with oven, kettle, gas stove, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, pasta strainer, cooking utensils, dishes and Tupperware, etc. There is also a nice charcoal grill, including umbrella, loungers and seating in the garden. The air conditioning can be adjusted by yourself and the WiFi works great and is sufficient for streaming. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!
