Milly was super friendly, always available, lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area, in contact nice and friendly, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in the kitchen and bathroom and there was wine and ice cream to welcome you - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day out, plenty of loungers even when the house is fully occupied.

Very central location on 2 floors with a nice Terrasse! Right in the middle of Antibes! We did a workation week at Ivan’s place and enjoyed a lunch swim every day at the beach! Very friendly host and nice neighbourhood! The upper floor is extremely bright but tall people need to be careful.

We had a nice stay with the family in this beautiful village of Cap Esterel. The apartment has all the necessities.

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities are there. Large garden, so you can sit in the sun and also in the shade. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, which we made a lot of use of. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, jeu de boules court. Friendly host and nice communication.

Hi, I missed the last connecting train between Toulon and St Raphael because of a collision deposited in a train station (Trapped Collis? ) I had to decide to sleep in a hotel in Toulon It was very late to cancel my airbnb room, I let my host know. Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

Highly recommended apartment because everything is there: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, the city center, the kindness and flexibility of the owner (we wanted to arrive earlier than expected and she accepted without problem), the pool and especially the amenities of the apartment. We also greatly appreciate the cleanliness of linens, laundry of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towel, towels and limmense terrace with its sunbeds and tables.
