Unique 170 m2 house with 400 m2 garden which scouts use for their meetings in the countryside. Something different, not like any other. Modest, but equipped with everything you need. Located at lake in a rural village, yet very close to city Kranj (7' by car), Ljubljana (20'), Lake Bled (30') and Postojna cave (1h). Ideal for families traveling by car since it has a central location from where most points of interest are reachable in an hour. Not suitable for a party or public transport users.

Our house is close to Bled, the top place to see in Slovenia, and Trzic with magnificent Dovzan gorge. Base Camp is a perfect retreat from areas, packed with tourists - you can visit all the nearby spots, but come back and sleep in perfect peace. From the house you can enjoy great views of Julian Alps and Karavanks ridge, and marked trail to our house mountain Kriska, that belongs to Kamnik-Savinja Alps, passes us. (JUNE - AUGUST SATURDAY TO SATURDAY STAYS ONLY) This house has the most magical location, nestled next to the crystal clear Radovna River in the stunning valley. No neighbours, just peace and tranquility, walking distance to a gorgeous swimming lake and just 20 minutes to Bled. The House has 3 lovely bedrooms, open plan living and dining overlooking the river. Fireplaces in the living room and main bedroom and a superb fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely house. We were 8 people. 4 adults and 4 kids and the house suited our group perfectly. Very well appointed. Great kitchen and living space with everything you need to cater for 8. There were 2 bathrooms both with showers. There was outside space with seating and a table (all covered), and a barbecue. The location is nice, a few mins drive outside of Bled but means you are nicely away from the crowds but with very easy access. The host Mojca was great, very responsive, flexible, and kind and had prepared lots of leaflets and info of thing to do in the area.

The house is really wonderful and very spacious. Host is really friendly and proactive to communicate . There are some hiking sight available nearby property. I would surely recommend for people with a group of 8-10 or a family. The route towards the house is bit risky but manageable by a car. We would surely visit again .

We felt instantly at ease the moment we arrived, it was perfect for our family of five, with three young children. The home is cozy, well‑equipped, and surrounded by absolutely stunning views of the mountains—so peaceful, almost surreal. It’s just a short drive to the lake, which made exploring really easy. In just a few days, we did so much: climbed up to the castle, walked around the lake, and the kids had a blast at the playground near the campsite. We did an Easter egg hunt in the flowery garden, and I also squeezed in a peaceful run around the town on our last evening, just to soak up the atmosphere one more time. Everyone we met was so friendly, and the gardens in the area are beautiful. We’re already talking about booking again—can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful cottage totally immersed in nature, from the large windows of the living room/dining room the view sweeps over huge meadows where you can even see deer! Ducks and cats will also keep you company :) Everything you need to cook is present, excellent cleanliness, super cozy and warm accommodation: in addition, plants, and wooden furnishings make the eye want its part! Thank you Mojca, we enjoyed the peace and nature of this beautiful corner of Slovenia
