Monthly Rentals in Pearl District, Portland

Had a great stay there. The place is in a good location with multiple cafés/restaurants in walking distance. There is good access to public transport. The area is safe. And the best part is that host stays in the same location and pretty accessible. Could reach to them for even the smallest issues. In all, couldn't have found a better place in Portland.

SO. MANY. STAIRS. 😂😂 be prepared to climb so many stairs to get to the upper unit. BUT WELL WORTH IT!! Just be prepared to take a few trips if you have a lot of bags or heavy stuff. The stairs definitely made us get our steps in hahaha. The host was extremely responsive and even let us check in about 30 mins early because we happened to get into town so close to check in. The bed was super comfortable! The couch was so comfy too for a nice yap about it. GIGANTIC SMART TV in the living room. My friend and I kept saying “this tv is freaking huge” every 10 mins hahahaha. Great space, love the sky lights, the patio was cute. Would book again!

This place felt like I was right at home with almost everything in a walkable proximity. Location is great and safe even for late hours. I would definitely recommend this apartment and location to anyone who is travelling to Portland. Very convenient and good connectivity to both freeway and public transport. Overall great place to stay and would definitely come back here.

We loved our four night stay here while exploring Portland and the Columbia River Gorge area. Since we were driving the parking in a safe garage was priceless to us. The apartment had everything we needed, including washer/dryer that we really needed at the tail end of a long roadtrip. The view from the apartment was beautiful and it felt really nice getting back to the apartment after a whole day of outing. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Portland.
