Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pearl District, Portland

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, helping us resolve a couple small issues shortly after we arrived. The place was quiet and peaceful, with very little noise for a basement apartment. Our family of four with 9 and 11 year old kids was maxing out the bed space. The kids reported the sofa bed was a bit small. We loved the neighborhood and the hosts. Thanks again!

Randy’s home is a gem in a great neighborhood w lots of tasty restaurants bars and food trucks His home is an architectural marvel w so many thoughtful details. And the space is very well-furnished (gotta love an eames chair). I especially loved sitting on the rooftop in the mornings and/or sunset

I had a great stay and would book again. The kitchen is lovely just know there’s not a kitchen table in the unit. The patio table is great for sunny Portland days. I loved walking around this neighborhood—every home is like a botanical garden!

We had a wonderful stay! We felt right at home and we can tell there was a lot of thought and care put into their space. It was close to everything we wanted to do and had easy to find parking. We felt safe and welcomed. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again soon!

Perfect hotel-esque room in a charming neighborhood! Super close to so many restaurants and things to do. Danielle was responsive and proactive during our stay.

I stayed at George’s place for a short time. Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to a few issues, and since it was a holiday weekend, George wasn’t nearby to address them immediately. However, his response was prompt and responsible, showing exactly the kind of attitude you hope for in a host. He handled everything with care and professionalism. Among all the hosts I’ve encountered over the years, George truly stands out as one of the best. I highly recommend him.

Isaiah had a very good quality space with all the things you need like a washer & dryer and cooking equipment. He made it very stress free for any messes or accidents. The area was pretty close and convenient for everything you need walkable and everything else 5-15 min drive.

Evan was incredibly attentive and had wonderful communication. The home is beautiful and was perfect for what I needed with little extras - nice tea! He was kind and we bumped into each other outside and had a wonderful conversation. This is in my top 3 favorite Airbnb's.

Wonderful stay and as described

The Eloise was the perfect place to stay! Incredible decor, well thought out amenities (including EV charger!) and friendly hosts. Great, walkable location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to stay again on our next trip to Portland.

This was the perfect location for our trip. A home away from home that allowed us to easily plan day trips. Its central location and parking spot in the driveway made getting around and back home easy. Bed was on the firmer side, which I enjoyed but my wife liked a bit less, due to being a side sleeper. Everything was very clean aside from one bar of soap with a hair on it left behind. I only mention it because I had to hear about it from the wife. :) I think the rain shower made it up to her though. Otherwise, very clean, and I’m sure cleaner than a downtown hotel. Overall, just a very homey, quiet place. The bottle of wine and chocolate were a nice touch. Would wholeheartedly recommend this rental.

This airbnb was a lovely home base for us in Portland, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was beautiful and clean and thoughtfully arranged with a wide selection of books, games, toys, food, drinks, TV services and other amenities. David was so kind and friendly! We felt safe and happy and cared for throughout our stay. We especially loved all of the many skylights in the home and appreciated that the beds were comfortable easy to sleep in. We never had a problem with the internet connection or the keypad entry. Everything about our stay was smooth and seamless.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great with some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Central Portland is also just a short drive away. The space was exactly as described. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom stocked with shampoos etc, and a big washer/drier which was perfect for us coming off the back of a week long camping trip!

Great location for those looking to visit Portland! right by a lot of great places to eat and go hang out at. it's private and was easy to get into. Me and my gf went to Portland for some hiking trips and Lindsey's place was in a great location and was super clean! We loved the space and would recommend to anyone. Its located in a quiet neighborhood, which was great when you open the windows to let in the cool air.

My husband and I took our first visit to the west coast and wanted to find a place that felt like home, private and cozy. When I found this listing, it matched exactly what we were hoping for. Aletheia is super responsive, respectful and honest. Everything matched what was written and there were even helpful notes throughout the week to help us navigate the home and get around. I love how walkable it is to the bus stop to be able to travel downtown and even walkable to local coffee spots. Super happy with our week stay!

Great value and it was above my expectations when I walked into the house. I had a great use of the kitchen and the AC was definitely a huge bonus during the summer heat. Rich was very good in communications and I felt like I was well taken care of

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

I live nearby and needed a place to stay during a minor remodel - picked this one because it was so close to groceries and restaurants. Very convenient, clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen. No problem finding parking on the street. No AC, but stayed cool and pleasant even when the weather got hot. My only complaint was flies (outside) from the chickens next door - Bee got fly traps right away when I mentioned it, but there’s only so much she can do.

This was the perfect respite after a long week of moving cross country. The beds were comfy and the kitchen encouraged baking, which my spouse did. It is right on a busy street but not too noisy. We could just step right outside and find great restaurants, books stores, and even a plus sized thrift store. We loved staying in your beautifully decorated old home. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they visit us.

We enjoyed the large spaces, especially the living/dining/kitchen area. The dining table was ideal for board games, and it was nice that we could all sit comfortably in the living room. The bed linens were very soft, even though the beds themselves weren't as comfortable (for us -- very subjective). The master bath had some minor detritus in the tub from the skylight too, but everything else was spotless. All in all, we had a lovely time, and Mary Jean was thoughtful, respectful, and helpful.
