Vacation rentals with lake access in Payette Lake

Amazing place and walkable to town! Hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Would consider returning. The only major downsides were: (a) there are no blinds in almost all windows, including a glass door in the master bed, so the inside is always exposed to light and limited privacy; and (b) the host asked us to do the dishes and strip away bed sheets, but we paid a $150 cleaning fee. I’m tired of being asked to clean my hosts when we’re paying cleaning fees, especially in higher end properties.

We had such a great time here! The cabin was cozy and comfortable and we felt at home. The fireplace was great in the evenings, and the game room was super fun! We spent quite a bit of time playing ping pong, darts, and air hockey. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we could see the lake (still frozen!) and lots of beautiful trees. The string lights that came on outside at night added to the cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked which was helpful, and the dining room was a nice place to eat meals. The location is great, it is right next to Albertsons and easy walking distance to the lake and shops downtown. We would definitely recommend this place.

This is a beautiful home in a centrally located area, where you can experience all of what Donnelly, Cascade, and McCall has to offer! Ricky and Shawntee were responsive and helpful with any requests or questions! Great for a group or just a weekend away! This is a home you just don’t want to leave! Very relaxing and fun!

Great location, nice place

The house was perfect- the layout was well thought out and all the space is usable. Having the bedrooms on the lower floor allowed for quiet, restful sleeping conditions. Excellent location and you can walk to shop, eat, and drink without getting in the car. The large picture windows offer a great view of the lake. Heated floors downstairs was an added surprise! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The wood stove with an abundant supply of firewood was the icing on the cake! If we’re ever back this way, we’ll be back!

This place is very comfy, easy to find and access, has everything you need + little touches that set it above the rest (like the neat little fold in the start of the toilet paper roll!). The hammock and hot tub really amped up the relaxation possibilities. And Brandi responded to messages within minutes. We unfortunately didn’t cross paths, but according to other reviewers she is very friendly and welcoming (which also comes across in the way she has this space set up). Highly recommend.

winter in Idaho can be cold. the house was always comfortable. the floors may be a little chilly but with socks and slippers it's great. the hot water was instant. please remember to keep the washer door open as front load washers require airflow to stop the gasket between the front panel and the tub from building up gunk. 15min from Tamerack 45min from Brundage it's a great place to stay to Ski or snowboard. had a fantastic trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Benjamin's place. It was easy to check in, very clean, and he was a proactive host that checked in to make sure everything was in order upon check-in. The neighborhood was very family friendly - lots of kids and dogs peppered throughout the street during the day! :) Would recommend!
