Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

Classic Pawleys and freshly renovated. The best of both worlds. Long, breezy porches. Steps to beach, marshes and creek. 5 bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms. Thoughtfully appointed and tastefully decorated. Best location on the island. Steps to the widest, white sand beaches of the North End. No refurbished sand here! The boat ramp is also half a block away for boaters, floaters, kayakers and more. Simply the best.
