Vacation rentals with beach access in Pavones

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Location is amazing, Alexis helped me with bus schedules and other things, and the room was private and clean. It is a simple place with everything you need, and the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Great value for the location and I would recommend to stay here.

Great accommodations! Close to beautiful beach

The location is great, few doors down to a supermarket and few restaurants. The property is beachfront and private. It’s more worth than what I paid for. Ana is a really nice person and eager to help. I’ll be back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Patrick and Suzanne are truly wonderful hosts, warm, welcoming, and incredibly caring. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. Esteban's place is perfect for me because I love living close to nature and his house is the last one at the end of the road surrounded by jungle. I love hearing and looking at all the wildlife. I love the walk to the beach down the jungle pathway. I like living in a place where there is no drinking and partying going on. if you want to be close to grocery stores and restaurants then this might not be the best place for you.

Amazing location, tons of nature and the hosts were very communicative. The place looks even better than what the photos look like. Location is very cool, and only about a 10 min drive to where you can paddle out at pavones to surf. Awesome experience!

We had a great stay. Alex was there to welcome us upon our late check in. Throughout our 6 night stay, the host was available, responsive, and attentive to any issues or questions we had. The location was walkable to the beach, multiple restaurants, and surf shop. The host runs a pizza shop downstairs which we strongly recommend.

Rick and Lori's is the perfect getaway spot, right on the beautiful and usually empty Playa Zancudo with lots of amenities within a short distance, shop, bar, and restaurant. They were very helpful, providing lists of numbers for all your needs in the local area. The apartment is perfect for 2 or 3 and the place is a tranquil oasis with amazing natural beauty on view straight from the balcony.

This place is truly special, a beautiful Airbnb nestled in nature, offering peace and tranquility. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Jenn is an outstanding host who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. She provided excellent recommendations and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in the area, and we genuinely hope to return soon!

This was an extraordinary experience; one of our favorite spaces and trips that we have ever had. The nature is unbeatable. Monkeys and macaws are your close neighbors. The jungle is home, and the energy it provides is nurturing and deeply spiritual. The layout of the house is spacious and open. The beach is private and a beautiful 5 minute walk. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a surf trip. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Pan Dulce. Usually we try to stay somewhere that we can walk to the surf breaks but made an exception this time. When we got to the house, we were so happy with our decision. It was absolutely worth the drive. The home is so private and the nature surrounding it is just breathtaking. There is a walking trail to the beach. We saw all kinds of wildlife just from the porch of the house. Also the on site caretaker was incredibly helpful and very kind and welcoming. We will absolutely be back. 10/10

Great place, beautiful house in an amazing part of the world. For future reference, the road to get there in the rainy season is wet and muddy, we had a 4x4 with no problems but I imagine an economy car without the insurance wouldn’t be the best idea. Also the AC is only in the master bedroom, there’s 4 beds in there but the other two rooms have just strong fans

A beautiful jungle beach retreat! Spent three nights with my wife and two boys (ages 9 & 11) and we enjoyed everything about our stay. First, the surroundings… we were at the edge of the jungle with ocean and surf views. We could go back and forth between watching macaws and surfers while enjoying the amenities of the place (great setup for shaded meals). It is a true paradise with the sounds of waves constant given the proximity to the ocean. We were able to take nice walks in the neighborhood and choose from multiple surf breaks. Second, the hospitality… Ted was great to communicate with before booking, up to our visit, and while we were there. He setup some in-house cooking with a cook (who taught us about making local cuisine) as well as provided all sorts of advice about activities and the area. Loved our stay!

Such a magical space in the middle of the jungle. We spent most of our time in the kitchen, the outside deck/pool and the upstairs room/outdoor space was an absolute treat. Waking up to the sound of monkeys and being surrounded by nature was a dream. Well definitely be back :) If you’re considering between this AirBnb and another, choose this one. You’ll be happy you did.

We had a perfect time at this luxe house in the jungle! I can't say enough good things about this house. It took me a while to make it out to Matapalo because nothing has AC, but the house always had a breeze through it and fans in the bedrooms made it easy to sleep at night. I was never too hot - Beautiful home with high end finishes, super clean, the photos don't do it justice - Well stocked kitchen, SHARP knives. Large and easy to cook in with 4 people - Tons wildlife outside, not a ton of wildlife inside which was nice. Very well screened to keep out critters - Beautiful balcony to hang out on and watch the wildlife - House felt really private

Rick is a fantastic host; he responds immediately if something doesn't meet your expectations. The location of Casa Dulce is simply incredible and will make any surfer's heart beat faster. The only thing that wasn't quite ideal for me was the small bed, which is a bit too small for someone my height (1.92m). Nevertheless, I would book the accommodation again in a heartbeat. I loved this little place. It’s a great cozy spot for a single person or a couple. The landscaping is beautiful, and I enjoyed cooking in the little kitchen. The two large sliding glass doors downstairs let in a nice breeze and make you feel connected to the natural surroundings. Upstairs, the bedroom has a comfortable bed, cool AC, and a great view of the trees and pastures. Stefanie was quick to respond whenever I had questions, which helped when I couldn't figure out how to open the gate for the first time. Being able to walk to the store and beach is very convenient. I’d love to come back again.

This was our second time staying at Frank’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first. We were a group of five and found everything we needed—super clean, spacious, and well-equipped with air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, and a full kitchen setup. The house is in a beautiful, quiet area with a lovely garden, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to two amazing surf spots. All that, plus a great price! Thank you again, Frank—we’ll definitely be back!

Very nice place a short drive from the waves. Apartment was clean and comfortable and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
