The apartment is spacious, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. The American kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (en-suites) were spacious and very comfortable. Quality linens. The condominium is delightful. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, lots of green area for walking and restaurants. We found it to be good value for money. Marco was always attentive, very polite and promptly answered us every time. We'll be back.

Our stay at Maria’s place was absolutely wonderful. We stayed there for three weeks, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Maria is an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to support us through some difficult situations during our trip, and her kindness and care truly made us feel at home. The apartment itself, located in Itaipava in the mountains, was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with large windows overlooking breathtaking views of nature and the surrounding peaks. It was peaceful, cozy, and the perfect place to relax. We were staying with our pets, and it was a fantastic environment for them as well—plenty of space to walk, calm surroundings, and a very pet-friendly vibe. The condominio felt safe and secure, which gave us great peace of mind. It also had excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing sauna. We recommend this apartment to everyone wholeheartedly!

It was a sensational trip. Mirian's apartment is wonderful. super cozy and very functional. I felt right at home. It has everything you need for good hosting. The leisure area is amazing. The stay with family was excellent. The condominium is great, the Loft accommodations are new and in general the place is very cozy. It met all we needed. I recommend and when you return to Itaipava, it will be a great option.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

The flat is a grace, functional, organized, airy, great view, excellent location, the porters are gentle , the building is organized and structured. The hostess is very kind and welcoming, responded promptly and instructed us appropriately.

Our weekend was very quiet in the accommodation. We found the place very clean and organized, exactly as described in the photos. Communication with the host was quick.

The house is just wonderful! Very beautiful, cozy and well equipped, with everything we need for a quiet family weekend. The rooms are super comfortable and well decorated, and the structure of the house is impeccable — it has all the appliances and utensils that we need to feel at home. The gourmet area is a charm aside, perfect for bringing everyone together and enjoying good times. Unfortunately, the weekend was quite rainy, which ended up preventing us from making better use of this outdoor space. Even so, we were able to enjoy the stay a lot. I highly recommend hosting! We will definitely return at another time, cheering for days of sunshine to enjoy even more.

Very clean and organized the cabin. A little hard to reach with the steep ramp but the place itself is wonderful!

Location very well described in the listing, comfortable and with all appliances working perfectly, the outdoor area is perfect and you only hear the sound of nature, no close neighbors so privacy was guaranteed, the view is a spectacle from all sides, congratulations on the perfect space you have. I recommend it 100%!

The accommodation was excellent, very welcoming and attentive host, incredible property inserted in a valley with exuberant nature, and a team of very helpful attendants!!! If we have an opportunity we will return for sure!!!

In a group of 14 people we came to enjoy the Rock The Mountain festival, and the stay with Sue was the best possible! The house is super spacious, we could quietly accommodate more people, and the hospitality of the homemakers Maria and Flávio are exceptional. We woke up every day with breakfast and lunch ready, and that for us is priceless! The house located 10min of the car festival was a huge differential as well, and we are sure that we will return again next year ❤️ without fear and enjoy a lot!
