Excellent stay! The house was in great condition and is super complete, matches the photos and description of the listing. The location is perfect, close to the activities and the center and at the same time in contact with nature, with an amazing view!

The house is in a great neighborhood, quiet and close to the center. The space is very nice, cozy and well equipped. We found everything very well maintained and clean. The hostess is very kind and the contact with her flows very well. We hope to return!

The stay was very good. Thiago was available to assist with whatever was needed. The only point that was not very good was the shower, which was very hot. Other than that, the atmosphere is pleasant and the place is very quiet.

Great place to rest, in a condominium in the middle of a forest where you can even see wild animals. Local 5min from the center by car, where is the indoor Street and the Pie Street. Lugar corresponds to the photos, with pool and lake for fishing in the condominium. Me and my family love it!!! The only caveat is that the rooms are on the second floor with access on a staircase in a snail that makes it impossible for older people and with mobility difficulties, the rest was great!!!

I would like to register my satisfaction with the rental. The house is great, clean, ample, complete with household utensils, which was important to me, as I didn't go for a walk in the city but to enjoy the family home. Everything is very organized. There are 3 en-suites, 2 with extra beds, everyone was well accommodated. I have two small children who loved the house, they say they want to come back, the place is great for kids, it has a swing, toys in the pool area, a huge whale buoy that the kids loved, a pool with a waterfall that the kids said was a waterfall, it was a party. The outside area of the house is excellent, I was delighted, it is everything the photos show and a bit more. I would also like to thank the host for the attention of the host in giving us the requested information and the affection of her mother who on our arrival sent us a basket of goodies, the basket is an extra care that everything loves to earn!! Anyway, I highly recommend it! It was well worth it! Thank you so much!!

Julia is a great host, responds quickly and was helpful. The house is very good if you want to rest with your family, barbecue and enjoy the pool. It was quite private and comfortable, especially for having air-conditioning in all the rooms, this was a differential for my reservation.

The excellent house as shown in the photos, very good pool, neighborhood where it is located is also very calm, the host Gabriel was very cordial in the service, I recommend it to everyone!!!

Quiet Local, large house as described on the listing. Cool outdoor area with court, soccer field, swimming pool and sauna. Kitchen with worn-out appliances, but catering. The house is old and needs some maintenance. But my family spent super pleasant days in this house, with lots of fun and joy. Improved points: repair the fence of the vollei court, upgrade the appliances, offer bedding and pillows ( even if optional).

I really enjoyed staying at the house! The pool is great, and the house welcomed us very well. The outdoor area is very nice, plenty of space and privacy for my dogs to play, I was able to relax without fear of them running away or another animal appearing. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to spend more time enjoying the pool, but the fondue kit combined with the unexpected chill saved our night. I hope to be able to return more often ❤️

My family and I are in love with the little house. Everything is very clean and in excellent taste. Mr. Eduardo very kindly presented us with cheese and eggs from the region and a box of chocolates for the children. The house is charming. Spacious inside and the outside has the space needed to enjoy both sunny days and the fireplace at dusk. The care with the plants is a pleasure to see. What a cozy place, we didn't want to leave lol. We'll be back as soon as we can!

Anaiara's place is a refuge, ideal for enjoying days of great peace and connection with nature. My friends and the kids loved every second and we're already planning our return. We had the pleasure of staying two incredible days at Chalé da Sol. Without words to describe how perfect it was. Fabiana was super solicit, received us super well. The space is beautiful, very clean, organized and with incredible views. The township leaves everything ready for the perfect stay, and it has been. In addition to the entire structure of chalezinho, Fabiana leaves INCREDIBLE frozen food available for sale (worth tasting) and a dispensation with basic items for purchase, if necessary. In short, all wonderful and we hope to return soon.

The house is exactly as Sulamytha described it. Extremely clean, with everything that is described in the listing. The place is very peaceful, for those who want peace and silence it is perfect. Sulamytha responds quickly, answered all our questions. I recommend the place.

Cadu's place is just wonderful! The space is cozy and extra clean. The house is complete, well-equipped, with fast internet. The location is excellent, it is super close to the center and close to nature. We were made to feel very welcome by D. Márcia, who received us with a wonderful pudding and a cold water. The service of Cadu and his mother was impeccable from the first contact, communication was quick and were always very helpful and attentive. We emphasize and thank them for their hospitality, cordiality and friendliness!! Really feel at home!!! Super we recommend and no doubt we will return more often!

Wonderful house! Host, respond promptly, left the contact of the homemaker Mr. Lauro - which is very attentive and also responds quickly - to hand over the keys and show the house. She also showed us the route to get there, as well as tips from restaurants and markets, house utensils, etc. The very well-equipped house is excellently located in the Center and we were able to do various activities on foot. Aconchegante, great to go with family and children because it has a special attraction: swimming pool. There are fans in a lot of people. We used the space of the barbecue (Cláudia indicated a person who delivers coal, but we bought a BBQ kit in RJ and took it, not being necessary to buy in Miguel Pereira). There were no complications during the period we hosted. The checkout went smoothly. Highly recommend this home. We can repeat this hosting quietly if we return. Show!

We love the place, comfortable bed, house had wi Fi, tv with access to Netflix and prime. Clean and cozy house! Spacious bathroom! Very pleasant atmosphere! Hostel responded easily when requested!
