Vacation rentals with a pool in Paty do Alferes

The house met all our needs, with comfort, privacy and security. With clean and organized environments, we enjoy great moments of relaxation and joy. The host is very kind and attended to us promptly the few times we requested, since everything matched what was advertised. We just missed having more bath towel dryers, for the number of people the house can accommodate, but that didn't disrupt our pleasant stay. We will return at another time, for sure, and we have already shared it with our friends who are looking for a pleasant, clean environment and have a 10-star host.

The house is very large and extremely clean. It is in a high place and has a very beautiful view. If you're hosting in winter, bring some nice warm blankets! Carol and Roberta were very helpful. We hope to return at another time.

Marcelo's place is perfect! We were in a group of 10 people and everyone was very well accommodated and comfortable. The description and photos correspond exactly to what the house is like, but seeing the house in person exceeded my expectations. The house is very well maintained and has all the items for you to prepare your meal, including a perfect poolside barbecue. The location is also perfect, as it is very close to the center of Miguel Pereira. Still, the house has a lot of privacy and tranquility. Marcelo's house provided a remarkable experience for our family.

Marcia's house is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, organized, and very creative environment. It really is a Zen house, with adequate decoration, garden and natural herbs. The place is very quiet and with the birds breaking the silence from time to time. The hostess is very friendly and cordial. He tried to give tips on tours/restaurants, responding quickly and proactively. It is undoubtedly a space worth returning to!

It was a pleasure to stay at Walquiria's place. The property accommodated us very well. In addition, the location is very practical for those who like to walk. The house is very close to Rua Torta, with good dining options just a few minutes' drive and easy access to the town centre. The neighborhood is totally residential and we feel very safe. Our stay was very quiet and Walquiria was helpful to our needs. We had an unforeseen event before our arrival and she was very understanding. That made a big difference. It is noteworthy that she was always very cordial and full of empathy. We missed the top sheets, as they only had those of elastic that serve to cover the mattresses. Vale rethink the supply of bath towels. But, we knew this wasn't included. Another detail is that on sunny days the house really gets very hot, even with the windows and doors open. Regardless, our stay was wonderful.

The studio is very well located and the stay was very pleasant. The space is well-equipped, with cookware and a well-planned and functional internal structure. The only point of attention was the bedding: it had some stains from use and did not smell clean, which caused a slight discomfort. I would stay again, but I would take these items for greater peace of mind during the stay.

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all the leisure infrastructure and close to all the shops. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TVs and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! We love every detail of your stay! The host was wonderful in every way and the apartment is extremely comfortable! Let's go back for sure! The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
