Great house. Beautiful and cozy. We went to 16 people and accommodated everyone. We love the site and the animals. We made our Christmas Supper on the back of the house and it was amazing. The only problem we had was that on the first day we ran out of light because it had a wind and a tree fell on the wire, but it didn't bother us at all. We played family fun and it was great.

Excellent stay! The house was in great condition and is super complete, matches the photos and description of the listing. The location is perfect, close to the activities and the center and at the same time in contact with nature, with an amazing view!

Marcia's cottage is everything you see in the photos and more. Super nice atmosphere, location close to the center close to everything, extremely clean, equipped and organized. The reception was a distinguishing characteristic! We were welcomed with a hot coffee served at the time we arrived and a cake made on the wood stove, indescribable. My family loved it! We'll be back for sure.

Eduardo welcomed us at the last minute after a bad check-in experience at another stay! He was exceptional with our family, sent his employee to clean the pool early the next day, gifting us with free-range eggs and a delicious cheese! The house was clean, the kitchen was super complete and, not to mention, the comfort and peace of the place. Also, on our last day, Fagner (who helps Eduardo with the demands of the house) took us on a super tour of the city, taking us to an apiary, plantations and all the best places! Now, without a doubt, it was the best stay we've had in our lives! Thank you very much, Eduardo! You are undoubtedly unique, helpful and a very good person! We'll see you next time.

Mrs. Diva and Mr. Gilson is excellent! We felt at home. A pleasant, cosy, comfortable place to rest, as well as being close to the center for fun. It has a beautiful view of nature. We thank you for the reception, accommodation and accommodation. My family was very happy with the place and we will be back soon.

Great place to rest, in a condominium in the middle of a forest where you can even see wild animals. Local 5min from the center by car, where is the indoor Street and the Pie Street. Lugar corresponds to the photos, with pool and lake for fishing in the condominium. Me and my family love it!!! The only caveat is that the rooms are on the second floor with access on a staircase in a snail that makes it impossible for older people and with mobility difficulties, the rest was great!!!

Great place to rest and enjoy with family! The apartment is extremely clean and fragrant, and the condominium has several leisure areas that make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent, very close to shops and with easy access to both Itaipava and Petrópolis — all within a 15-minute drive. Communication with host Barbara was impeccable: always quick, attentive and helpful, answering all my questions with great kindness. I had already read in the comments about the bathroom being small, so I was prepared, but I still found it smaller than I expected. It didn't bother me at all, but it may be something to consider depending on the guest's profile. Overall, it was all amazing and I would definitely come back!

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a cozy feeling, as it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to surreal cleanliness... everything was in great condition. Finally, the location is very privileged, with easy access to all the sights of the city, apart from Quitandinha itself, which offers several activities to do while staying in it, highly recommended without a doubt. Ah! I loved the buttery cookies and the banana liqueur, welcoming me.

We had a great weekend. Ana is an excellent host. The apartment is exactly as described, clean, organized and comfortable. The place is amazing. Contact with nature, good for walking, great for sports and the shower is the icing on the cake. We left with recharged energies. The restaurant is great and we didn't need to leave for anything. We'll be back for sure.
