Newly renovated house, with an environment designed for total guest comfort. The space has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and the bedroom has a double bed. The rooms have air conditioning to provide a unique experience on hot days. It has a great location, just 5 minutes from downtown Miguel Pereira. We don't have a garage, but cars can park on the sidewalk of the house or on the land in front.

The house has a king-size bed, a very high standard EURO mattress, as well as bed linens. Bathroom with shower enclosure and hair dryer. 52-inch TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, minibar and electric stove with one burner, as well as cutlery, plates, glasses and pots.
