Beachfront vacation rentals in Patara Beach

Loved the villa - super clean and10 comfortable. Easy to get taxis into Kas centre. Brilliant to have 4 king-size, comfortable beds and en suites with every bedroom. Walk in showers were great. Pool and living space worked perfectly for our group. Merve was extremely responsive and accommodating - she kindly allowed us to store our luggage at her work whilst we waited for the airbnb to be ready (which was before the 4pm check-in time). The house was missing a few basic, but essential kitchen items (oven gloves for example) - merve arranged for the items to be dropped at the villa the next day. Thank you! Would highly recommend Kas. Great restaurants and brilliant atmosphere but loved staying a little distance away, where we enjoyed peace and quiet. A couple of logisits points - it's quite hilly, and a windy road, which isn't ideal for walking to the beach or Kas. Also, no shops at all nearby so make sure to stock up in Kas before coming. Harika bir konum, çok kullanışlı çok hoş bir ev, hem tarz olarak hem rahatlık olarak imkanları çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle ev sahipleri muhteşem insanlar. Cüneyt beyin annesi bizi karşıladı çocuklarımızı düşünüp kek ikram etmesi ayrıca çok kibardı. Köpeğimizle gittik onunla ilgilide hiç bir şikayet yada rahatsızlık yaşamadık. Kesinlikle evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Yağmur yağışı olan bir zamandı fakat biz sıcaklık derecesi konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık diyebiliriz. Klimalar çalışıyordu gayet güzel. Balkonu çok keyifliydi, yataklar rahat kesinlikle hayvan dostu ve çocuk dostu anlayışlı ev sahipleri herkese önericem mutlaka. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

Great house in a lovely rural location. safak was very prompt in replies and very helpful. very clean and tidy home. cockerals get a bit of getting used to early morning, but listening to the waves from the bedroom was lovely. it worked well for us without a car. buses easy to get in 5 minutes walk, to get into fethiye if you want. (go every 15 mins) ..and if you don't want, then you can eat at the Kafi next door on the yonka Lodge beach front. and there is a cheaper cafe along past club tuana on the public beach front. you can also buy activities from the beach front business at club tuana. (we did a snorkel boat trip and also hired the catarmaran). very helpful and friendly staff there too. a local taxi company 10 mins walk away too. ..all these can be found on Google, and were very friendly and helpful and reliable. nearby small "gift store" does have some basics food, bread and cheese. Two supermarkets up on the main road easy to get to by bus (every 15 mins).

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

It's a great place for a retreat off the busier tourist towns along the south coast, which are all still well within reach. Great views and a short walk down to the beach. Berkan is very helpful and makes every effort to make the guests feel comfortable. You need a rental car to get there and around. It's worth noting that Google Maps will send you off on the wrong track once or twice, especially if coming from the Dalaman side. Once you find the right route though, only the last 10 minutes or so of the road are a bit rough, but still drivable by regular car (although you might find it easier in an SUV).

The stay was in a lovely little house that can accommodate up to 4 people. It only takes a 5-10 minute walk to Kalkan beach, and only 20-30 mins drive to other tourist attractions such as Pattara and Kaputaş. It has several swimming pools that are shared with other neighbors. Parking place is not a worry. We had a very good communication with Ayhan Bey. Would be ideal for people who know what they want.

We had a wonderful stay here! Views and pool are exceptional - absolutely gorgeous! House is spacious and comfortable- we were 7 adults and 3 children and there was loads of space! There’s a hotel just below where you can access a platform to jump in the sea- the sea is spectacular! We went into Kas most evenings for dinner and used the host’s recommendations for restaurants which were great. There is a bus that stops just up the road and goes every half hour which was really easy. Hussein looked after us very well bringing bread and watermelon every day. A really special happy holiday!

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It felt very private, despite being in town, and the view overlooking the sea made for stunning sunsets. The pool is the ideal size for several adults staying cool in the sun. As advertised, the bedrooms were large, quiet, and all had en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was spotless and had all the equipment we needed for making coffee and breakfast; we had to buy provisions such as coffee pods and dishwasher soap. One note: hot water for the showers was unpredictable, but as were in the pool so much, it wasn't a huge issue for us. Overall, we'd recommend this villa highly and would stay here again.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. A fantastic Villa with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Spectacular views with awesome sunsets. Large terraces on every level. Beautiful pool with amazing views. Comfortable beds with brilliant Air Conditioning. Melike was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. If you are thinking of staying in Kalkan then this villa is a little gem as the beach clubs are on your door step. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Bensu hanım harika bir ev sahibi. Ev tamamen fotoğraflardaki gibi hatta daha güzeldi. Bensu hanım bizi çok güzel çiçeklerle karşıladı. Ev tertemiz, ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü.Havuz tertemizdi. Havuz ve bahçe düzenli temizlendi. Çalış plajına yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafede. Etrafta çok yakında her türlü ihtiyacınızı yürüyerek karşılayabileceğiniz market.. vb var. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Bir daha Fethiye’ye geldiğimizde kesinlikle tek kalacağımız yer. Her şey için çok çok teşekkürler 🙏🏻

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

Es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus war bis ins kleinste Detail bedacht eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Ein Riesen Dankeschön an Lena und ihren Mann, die für alle Rückfragen immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

Osman ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist super schön, gross, sehr sauber und total gut ausgestattet. Die Aussichten vom Wohnraum mit den 2 Balkonen sind atemberaubend. Monika
