Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

This place is absolutely amazing, we initially planned to stay here for two days, however we decided to stay for longer due to how homely everything felt. The home itself is beautiful, it was extremely clean and contained everything we needed to feel extremely comfortable. The host was extremely eloquent and handling everything so well, he even offered to assist us with advice for the rest of our trip around Turkey. Despite the area being beautiful and peaceful, there are lots of supermarkets within a 4 minute walk away alongside a pharmacy and everything else needed for a completely comfortable stay. The host even offered us freshly baked cookies! Can't wait to visit again later this year :)

Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

Ayse is a very welcoming, friendly and beautiful lady. She warmly welcomed us and spent an afternoon with us to visit several attractions in Fethiye. It was great!The house is very big and clean. There was more than enough room for the 9 of us. We could use the swimming pool, and picked lemons from the tree. The host also recommended a very affordable Turkish restaurant. Everything was perfect.I would recommend my friends to stay here.

Our stay at Nazmi Bey Villa was very nice. The villa was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. From the moment we checked into the villa, we felt like we were in our own home. The pool was very hygienic and cleaned by the attendants every day. Although we had two private children, we were very comfortable in the Villa. When there was any problem, Mr. Nazmi solved it very quickly. It was within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. We would love to come back with my family and would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Very far from city center, so it is a good choice if you are staying longer than a day or two. The house is very small but perfect for a couple. Coffee maker, but no coffee, no drinking water, no tea bags. The roosters are LOUD and started crowing at 1:30 am! Ahmet. his mom and dad were very attentive to our needs.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, you can find everything you need in the house, it was the most magnificent house I have stayed in for cleanliness, the location is 15 minutes by car to the center, thank you Mr. Şihar for everything.

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

We were definitely very satisfied. Mr. Halil was very helpful with everything. The house was spotless and very peaceful and had all the necessary supplies. We felt like we were at home. We stayed in a penthouse in this residence with a pool, located in a quiet area. Beautiful and comfortable stay. I loved everything.

We had a great holiday with 2 couples and 1 dog son and 5 people. Mr. Erhan greeted us atcheck-in and informed us about both the region and the region. She stayed in touch throughout the stay for our requests and questions. We are very satisfied with your attention and communication. It's also from her home. Everything was as it appeared in the photos and even better. There is nothing missing in the house. From the pool towel to the bath towel, from the garden furniture to the coffee table, everything appealing to the eye and comfort. We were welcomed with coffee, chocolate and fruit treats, it was very nice after a long trip. There were spices in the kitchen and kitchen cloth from a fresh sponge for you. It was a great house with nothing missing electronically. I'm sure Mr. Erhan would try to fix it quickly. We thank him for hosting him. You can choose with peace of mind.

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

The villa was exactly as on the photos with amazing view. The surrounding is peaceful and you have a private experience. We were given some nibbles and even beer (😂) in the fridge on the day of arrival and it was clean and comfortable. There is TV, WIFI and even boardgames. It felt great!

Had an amazing time staying at Nazim's place. It's really as beautiful as it looks in the photos. Nazim is a very responsive and kind host and will go out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended!

We have really enjoyed our stay and actually even extended it one extra night. The house was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect except for the cold water which we couldn’t deal with. I would recommend and come back again though.

First of all, the host Ramazan was very helpful and available at all times. No matter what I needed, his answer came within 2 minutes. The place was super modern, well-maintained and well-equipped as described. The view from the pool was magnificent. The pool was very clean and there were sunbathing facilities as well as a nice cozy sitting area. If you wanted to have it completely private, there was the possibility of building a privacy screen, which gave you complete privacy. All in all it was a super relaxing vacation with my wife. That was a great honeymoon. I can recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice clean private villa for two. The hot tub in the room also worked great. And again I really have to praise the host Ramazan. I lacked nothing and no matter what I needed or wanted to know, he was there. 5 out of 5 stars.

Great place next to a hotel complex and full of shops not far away. Very welcoming hosts, exceptional accommodation and very clean. I highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!
