Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My apartment has been conceived as an oasis of peace, relaxation and positive energy, a mix of my passions for art, decor, nature and meditation in an old stone building at the edge of the village. From the original wrought-iron balcony is a great south view on the small valley, the creek and the olive trees, perfect for a dinner at sunset or just to relax. Slow rhythms and a stunning nature, hiking, MTB or horse riding and close-by beautiful beaches are the true plus I fell in love with

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Composto da piccolo ingresso, 2 camere grandi, una cucina abitabile, un bagno ed un ripostiglio, è molto comodo, luminoso e spazioso. Fermata dell'autobus a circa 20 metri, farmacia, supermercato ed altri servizi TUTTI facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, ristoranti in zona

Casa namaste è un piccolo casolare in pietra con interni curatissimi a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Montescudaio La casa è completamente circondata da bosco e querce secolari a 150 metri scorre il fiume Cecina nel giardino di 5000 metri quadrati c'è una sorgente naturale con una grande vasca in pietra per rinfrescarsi e una doccia calda esterna immersa nel verde..abbiamo una linea adsl Vodafone con download 33 e upload 1.4..da questa primavera è inoltre disponibile smart TV e climatizzatore

Originariamente un mulino, l'edificio è stato restaurato e trasformato in 3 confortevoli appartamenti indipendenti. Nel giardino in comune ci sono alcuni alberi da frutto, una vasca idromassaggio e una veranda per rilassarsi, a disposizione degli ospiti (aperta 15/5-30/9).
