The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and takes up the whole ground floor of the chalet, which is opposite the Bettex ski lift. It has 1 double or twin bedroom, 1 small double bedroom and 1 bunk room with 3 single beds and a pull-out double sofa bed. There is a private sun terrace with dining table & BBQ and it is a 3 minute walk to the ski lift and a 10 minute walk to the center. The nearest bar & boulangerie are a 5 minute walk. I have a 1 bed chalet next door you can also book.

The apartment has an amazing view on the mountains. It’s well equipped and it has a nice garden with a wooden dining table and a ping pong table. It also offers very bright dining area in the kitchen, where we could have nice family breakfasts. Actually, the apartament was even nicer than what we expected based on the description. Belinda is very responsive so we didn’t have any problems even with little questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

A quiet place to rest a little and wake up to the sound of birds. We had breakfast, with local products, on the terrace that offers a beautiful view where the sun rises. Stéphane is available, friendly and available for every need. The house is equipped with everything you need. The garden is huge and fenced: our dog had a lot of fun in complete safety and also played with Stéphane's two little daughters. The sauna was the icing on the cake. In fact, it was a good experience; we would go back.

Beautiful house in beautiful location. Everything neat and clean. Spacious house with everything you need. A large garden with terrace and great views of the Mont Blanc massif. The car along the road is no problem, stuff is brought up by someone! Despite the fairly high price (which fits the location) absolutely a gem to book!

Clean, well equipped cabin, enough space for two of us, in a peaceful neighbourhood and only 10 minute walk into centre of Chamonix or up to brevent lift! We did find the climb to be steep, but doable! The bedroom is accessible by trap door down a ladder, which was initially cool but strange to us sleeping on the ground level, felt a little claustrophobic for us. However overall a lovely stay and host very flexible for extending dates.

A covered parking area is visible, displaying two vehicles parked underneath a wooden roof. Snow blankets the structure and surrounding landscape, creating a serene winter scene. The backdrop features snow-covered trees and a mountain range, evoking a quiet and peaceful ambiance.

The mountain views from the apartment were amazing. It was a short 10m drive into the town center, restaurants and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

Exceptional location with lovely lake views and absolute calm. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.
