The apartment is composed of an open kitchen overlooking the living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with balcony and a separate toilet. Ideally exposed and located 5 minutes from Passy, 20 minutes from Chamonix, 10 minutes from the Saint-Gervais thermal baths and 15 minutes from Megève.

At the foot of Mont Blanc, quiet, bottom of a chalet composed of a spacious bedroom and a large dining room. The accommodation is completely independent with an equipped garden area available. At the edge of ski slopes and hiking trails, in winter you can go and come back with skis on your feet in the garden (blue slope), and in summer you are on the Gr5. Located on the heights of Les Houches, the place is close to the bus stops, but it is highly recommended to have a vehicle.
