Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

We spent a week here- half for work and half for leisure. Traveling with two children under 6 can sometimes feel challenging but we immediately felt at home at Rosella’s. The beautiful home greeted us with a welcome basket full of coffee and goodies- the pool was devine and the bedding was really really comfortable. We have already recommended this listing to a few friend and we would welcome the chance to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

We absolutely loved the house and the resort. Everyone was kind, responsive and eager to please. The surrounding area was beautiful! Our trip into Assisi was easy. Lake Tresameni is gorgeous, particularly from the patio of our favorite restaurant in Castellione del Lago. If you love cashmere, Solomeo is more than a treat. The small town is home to Brunello Cuccinelli and his fabulous designer cashmere clothing. A trip into Deruta will please anyone interested in Italian ceramics. You can actually watch the artisans at work. Antognolla Golf Resort has it all! Italy’s most beautiful golf course, a great dinner at Boiola Restaurant, and easy access to beautiful Umbrian villages. To top things off, everyone really works to make your experience the absolute finest! Congrats to Marco and Michela!

The accommodation is a gem in an enchanting setting and with a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Located in a quiet place, outside the chaos but only about 20 minutes from the center of Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, which is also largely visible from the windows of the living area of the accommodation! Elisabetta is a very kind host, always very helpful and ready to give advice on how to reach the fantastic places that are nearby. To our surprise, we found the accommodation decorated, given the ongoing Christmas holidays, and we felt as if we were at home in every way! The only downside was having to go home... first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Bellezza maestosa! Non vedo l'ora di visitare di nuovo la Toscana e la città di Asciano! Grazie!

It was a fantastic and magical stay in Cetona. A very friendly couple greeted us upon arrival and showed us the picturesque accommodation overlooking the mountains and Cetona. There was nothing missing, everything was thought of (even mosquito nets in the windows) and you just felt comfortable all around. On the host's tip, we could even admire fireflies in the garden the evening before our departure;-) Even on departure, we were duly bid farewell with nice conversations with the host. So we got to know this wonderful country a little better...:-)

Alessandro is a super nice guy. The place is just fantastically beautiful. The view is unique and the small house is very clean and nicely decorated. We'd come back any time. It was just a great vacation and we felt at home there

We felt very comfortable from the beginning in this charming and quiet house with the magnificent view of olive trees and the lake. The location is idyllic, the furnishings thoughtful and comfortable. The atmosphere has triggered a feeling of retreat and deceleration in us – almost like in a mountain hut: safe, relaxed and welcome. A heartfelt thank you to Victoria and Samira for the always attentive and loving care!

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

Denyse's place was perfect for our 6 day vacation in Cortona. We wanted a restful spot with easy access for day trips. For 2 couples it was wonderful with one large bedroom and bath on different floors, up to date kitchen and best of all -- the rooftop terrace. Since the place is next to the city wall -- we had sweeping views of the Tuscan valley and the historic buildings. Easy walking distance to plazas and restaurants (be prepared for some uphill). Someone from Together in Tuscany was usually at the Tourist Info center so it was wonderful to stop there and speak to Isabella if we had any questions or issues. . She was very responsive on What's App too. Denyse always responded promptly before and during our visit as well. They also arranged a walking tour of Cortona for us. This place was a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a peaceful and restorative vacation.

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - it makes you feel right at home- we would love to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Best regards from Joanna and Bogdan.

You will not regret your stay! From the moment we were greeted by Elisa’s father on arrival we felt welcomed. The accomodation exceeded our expectations with absolutely everything that you would need with the bonus of being able to access to the amazing pool. It is only a short walk down to the city centre. To top this all off, the hosts are extremely generous and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We will look at returning one day!

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

Beautiful place to stay for those looking for peaceful Umbria. Fantastic accommodation and there's so much to do in the area so recommend at least a week. Alessio is a superb host - lots of information on what to see, where to eat and where to park in the towns around Collepino. He was also really responsive and so ready to help with restaurant and tour bookings. Highly recommend a stay at Alessio's properties in Collepino. Hopefully we'll have a chance to return some day.

We had a great week at Silvia's house. From the first moment, we really felt at home. The view from the house of the lake is beautiful and the sunsets are magical. The house itself is genuinely equipped with all comforts. The beds are wonderful, the bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen is very extensive. Furthermore, it is also noticeable that everything is really super clean and tidy. A lot of time and effort has been put into having everything perfect. The surroundings are of course magnificent. You have the beautiful lake in your backyard, but you are also in Tuscany. So there is plenty to see and do. Silvia is also a very nice and kind host. Communication is very pleasant and fast and she sends a very detailed explanation and tips before your arrival. And if there are any questions in between, she is immediately ready to help you. We hope to be returning one day.

Beautiful, peaceful stay. Amazing, secluded location. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Lots of great walks around, including the nearby winery. The only downside is it does get rather cold in the stone apartment but during warmer weather the coolness in the apartment would probably be perfect. They provided a portable heater & a hot water bottle though which was nice. Thank you Tebea for being such a lovely host!

Beautiful views of the village below from the bedrooms, such a dreamy place to stay. It was a fabulous place for my mother and I to base ourselves for a week. Our fitness improved walking down to the restaurants and shops- no guilty feelings about all the pastries we ate! Lots to see, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
