Wonderful flat in middle of old town. The flat’s balcony opens on to the main square. Modern, clean interior, ideal of a couple. Definitely recommended

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Despite a location between a road and a railway line, this accommodation remains very quiet, right next to a small green space... There are few trains and the apartment is well insulated... We mainly visited the towns and villages of Umbria which are splendid: Orvieto, Spello, Montepulciano, Assisi... and the proximity of Lake Trasimeno allows pleasant walks on the cycle path... Passignano attracts many tourists... It was really a nice stay.

Antonia met us at the station to show us the best access route to the apartment. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a good distance from both the train station and downtown and was equipped with the essentials for the stay.

The house has a splendid view of the lake, which can be appreciated at all times of the day. It is an old house, with a beautiful atmosphere and beautiful floors that showed the years but also the history of a family home. The living room is very livable, with two comfortable sofas and the kitchen, quite equipped, reminded me of the one in which I was born... a place of the heart where maybe, as a child, you played hide and seek! I think the owner modernized the house without erasing its ancient spirit.

Antonella was a great host and this was a very nice place to stay! The garden is very peaceful and the views are great.

Magnificent place to relax, a house in typical Umbrian style, adorable. Immersed in nature but at the same time in a perfect position to visit Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi and many other beautiful places. Beautiful pool and functional and clean apartment. Thank you for this weekend of pure relaxation!

Stayed here 6 days and used as a base to see Florence, Sienna, Pienza, vineyards. Amazing. Returning to this apartment felt like home. Comfortable. Montepulciano was perfect. The view from this apartment is like a painting, as good if not better than the photos. Parking #6 was close and was manageable. The decor is eclectic but feels authentic...not too refined like many Airbnb's....just very comfortable. Very spacious. Easy for a family or three couples. Highly recommend! I would certainly rent this apartment again without hesitation. Great value.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Great stay! Super central and walkable but also quiet and peaceful. Check in instructions were super clear and they were super flexible and had the place ready for early check in even though I booked same day. The staff in the check in office was friendly and helpful and showed me to the place so it was easy to find.

We had a great stay at the Abbey. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it has a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees and using the bbq area.

Found ourselves in a bit of a dilemma as our plans had been thrown by a train strike. Robbie was our saviour. Lovely apartment, close to the station with everything you could need. Would definitely use again if I find myself in Perugia. Many thanks for everything Robbie.

Awesome place to stay!

An incredibly beautiful area with a dream house, perfect to switch on and enjoy the tranquility. The village is super cute and the nature is incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Great location for exploring the beautiful countryside of southern Tuscany. Accommodation was great and the pool was lovely. We visited Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia and the warm waters at Terme San Filippo We would definitely recommend the Coop in Torrenieri just 10 mins in the car, a bit tricky to find but has all that you need.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!
