After a long trip from towns and ports you arrive. Suddenly free from all the burdens and noise. The place you found is located in the British countryside dotted with charming villages, good food and services. With just a few steps outside the old Chapel; the moonlit sky and a perfect place for the morning light to dance. Around the corner, an enclosed parking for when you want to rest. A surprise visit of friends finds this space just big enough for two cars. Come on inside. Light a fire. Tell some stories. They are welcome, but only temporary. Because this place is for us.

This is a really super place to stay. The forge is in a lovely village which has the bus running to lincoln on the hour. There are fantastic walks from the doorstep and lovely beaches and towns just a short drive away. The accommodation is comfortable and peaceful and Carolanne is a helpful host.

We had a great stay at Katherine's cottage! She was a great host and very communicative dealing with our questions promptly before and during our stay. The surroundings were lovely and we had a peaceful and relaxing stay, and the cottage was a great spot for our exploration of the local area. The cottage was as described with a great shower and comfortable bed, would definitely recommend this airbnb... we would also recommend the local pub, The Blacksmith's Arms, tasty and well-priced food and drinks!
