Monthly Rentals in Parker

Just if it wasn't clear, this is a guesthouse, there are other people walking around the property, this wasn't a problem, but I didn't realize until we got there. The house itself was very nice and comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes to cook and the water and ice was also a plus!! The bathroom is very spacious and the lighting is great! There was also plenty to watch on the tv which was nice! There was some strange noises at night coming from outside, probably the wildlife, but nothing too loud, just kind of spooked us lol. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you are in the area, the house is perfect for two and it was nice for our little getaway :)

My husband and I had a great stay. The view off the balcony was amazing. I enjoyed watching the burros across the river with my binoculars, also hummingbirds that came to the neighbors feeder. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very roomy. My husband also loved the TV selections. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchenware you may ever need and I loved the complimentary coffee. Thank you!!! I will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in the area.

We had a great stay! Felicia was super responsive and helpful, proactively reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay! The house was clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. We hope to come back again later this year!!

Troy and Anna both went out of their way to make sure was fine. One day Anna went around informing us that on a certain day the electricity was going to be off between a certain time. They were great hosts.
