All very nice and perfect! Just be aware that you are above a street with a lot of traffic.

Great place to stay in Asunción! Room with lot's of space good location and Andares del Agua with a lot o amenities. Sure I will stay here in my next trips to Paraguay.

Marcos' house is in a great location, close to the Mall and the Park (less than 10 minutes). It has all kitchen utensils, barbecue and laundry. It was extremely clean, with smelling bed and bath linens. Cozy and spacious place, exactly matches the listing. Another facility that I and the group loved was the convenience at check in and checkout, which is done remotely. Extremely considerate host and respond quickly to all questions! We love the stay, we'll be back soon! I recommend it!

Karen is a great host, always available and with quick responses. The location is great, with great features and utensils, consistent with the listing and photos. The double bed and pillows are very comfortable and the air-conditioning is impeccable, clean and with excellent cooling. Next door is a gym where you can pay per day, great for short stays. The neighborhood is calm and safe.

Quiet place, with close trade, covered garage, exactly as in the pictures, air conditioning working well and hot shower. I really enjoyed it and will be back more often!

Excelente, note mil. Jane was hospitable. It even allowed to arrive earlier. Everything is extremely neat, clean, well decorated. She offered many important things like cold water, coffee, sugar. In the bathroom was available soap, shampoo, cream, and more. All well organized. Kindly offered us to enter early to check in. It was very attentive and willing. Congratulations. We feel at home. Very well described house, raquel demonstrated pro activity to address my doubts, even to be able to advance the check in in a few hours due to a situation.
