Communication with Nancy and Luciano was very good. The reception at the place was very good. On our arrival, the heating was defective. Luciano quickly took care of it and then offered us to move into another apartment in the same building, which was equipped exactly the same. Nancy and Luciano are very good hosts.

Nice place, value for money was great. Unfortunately, small animals scattered in the apartment and by the pool upstairs was a construction site that was not mentioned in the listing. Everything else is great.

The apartment is quiet and peaceful even though it is in the center of Porto Alegre, the location is excellent, very practical to access the main points of the city and has everything we need nearby. The host is very attentive and dear, she was very helpful and gave us all the necessary information, making the stay even more peaceful.

I loved staying at this Aparthotel. The value for money is excellent, and the staff was always very kind and attentive to any request. The whole place has that pleasant hotel scent that makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean and with a super comfortable bed. It also had hot water without any problems, which is appreciated. Another advantage is its location: close to everything but in a quiet area. In addition, they have a buffet breakfast, in front, at night, a very good quality meat restaurant opens. I also recommend Viennesa, which is close and ideal for everyday life. Honestly, it was a better experience than other Airbnbs in more modern buildings and supposedly better neighborhoods. I would definitely repeat!

Our stay at Luciana's apartment was great, we held a contest at PUC, which is very close by. We were very well received, the electronic check-in greatly facilitates the arrival and Luciana is extremely attentive and instructed us very well. The apto is very practical, it was clean and organized, has essential items for the stay (it even has a wine opener!), it was as if we were at home. We do not take our dog, but we feel the affection of Luciana in providing plates for water and food. In addition, we requested the easing of the check-out and Luciana promptly answered us. We will certainly return at another time.

Very well located Apartment, close to the Pier - 100m from the entrance - and has several restaurants nearby. I went to Porto Alegre for the first time and loved the place. Safe place, close to everything and very quiet too. I highly recommend it. Note: you can do everything on foot, everything is close by.
