The apartment is quite spacious and very well located in the city center. The reception staff is always helpful and competent.

We were a group of 12 adults and 2 young children. We were greeted by Hugo - who was so warm and friendly. We arrived on Valentine's Day and the house was decorated with balloons, champagne, and chocolates! The house was a exactly what we needed and Analia was able to make all our requests come true. We needed 6 bedrooms with Queen size beds and they made it happen. The crib was clean and each room was prepared and there was no waiting around even though we checked in early. Each room had it's own bathroom and small fridge. I appreciated the aesthetic of the home, so beautifully put together. The backyard was peaceful and had everything we needed. The floor leading to the pool is a bit slippery so make sure you wear your shoes. 11/10 experience. We will definitely return when we return to Asuncion to visit. Thank you for your attention.

The best place I've stayed in Poá. Delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable place. I just don't give it 5 stars because there's no garage, not on site, not nearby, and you can't park on the street. I drove around for 30 minutes until I found an abandoned gas station where I had to leave the car. I think that due to the structure of the place, it is very worthwhile to make a partnership with parking lots in the region. In addition, I would definitely stay again.

This place is way better than I expected. the hostess was amazing. It was so peaceful, I thought about changing my ticket to stay longer.

The Alejandro estate is wonderful for those who like to be close to nature. The noises of the birds, the water running, the green around, all to provide a lot of peace and relaxation for those who seek tranquility. The property is 4 km from the town of El Dorado, where you find restaurants, markets, butchers for whatever needs you may have. For those who prefer, Alejandro's wife, Elena may include in the stay the full board service for an extra amount with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alejandro has boat trips also for an extra price according to the chosen tour, it is worth knowing the banks of the Paraná River, the view is very beautiful and there are banks of sands like beaches. For those who like Kayak, this service is included in the stay. There are spaces for those who want to have a barbecue, but it is necessary to take their equipment. In the apartment, you can also only have a fridge, an electric kettle and 2 glasses.

Cozy accommodation. The owner was very kind and attentive. The city has many nice and beautiful places to visit. I highly recommend it.

The lodging at Mr. Jorge was amazing! He was very attentive from the beginning, spectacular house, super good rooms, delicious beds, clean pool, very cool gourmet area!! It was all a delight! The neighborhood is very quiet… easy access to restaurants, squares, tourist attractions, anyway… it was all very sensational! When we return to Foz do Iguaçu, I want to stay in this house again. One of the few hotels available in the area, 24/7 reception at an excellent price, breakfast included, if you go to Caaguazú it is an excellent option to stay. There is no elevator, so if you go with a lot of things or with reduced mobility, request the ground floor. In our case, we were on the third floor. The first day was difficult, but the next day they accommodated us in a room on the ground floor, which is greatly appreciated. We also appreciate the flexibility at check-out where they let us store our bags while we waited for our return trip. Definitely 100% recommended.

We had a lovely time staying with Maria when visiting Gualeguaychú and going to Carnaval. Her home is neat and as described. It’s a bit of a walk (~30min?) to the actual Carnaval stadium, but short walk to the river and many bars and restaurants. Taxis and Ubers were available as well. There are serval grocery stores nearby, and we had no problem making dinners at Maria’s house. Finally, Maria was an extremely helpful host, providing us with tips on where to go and helping us get to the bus station. Would stay again!

Apartment super clean and comfortable, has everything one needs. I stayed 30 days on a work assignment, could not have been better. The Manager Agustina was awesome too!

Wonderful, cozy, welcoming space with a breathtaking view. Henrique, very helpful and attentive. Very good communication, helped us with some questions we had. Safe, quiet place, I was able to relax very well. As it was very cold, Henrique, you have the firewood sale, which helped a lot. In addition to selling groceries ☺️ We ended up getting lost on the way, but soon Henrique answered our call and helped us, always very helpful. We will definitely be back 😃 Note: wonderful breakfast, with a homemade taste😍
