It's a very quiet place to stay. A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and a very fancy mall is 1 hour on foot or a $3 Uber ride. 😉 It's a good place to stay for a single person or a couple. The internet connection is very good — even YouTubers should find it suitable. The basic kitchen does the job. The security staff are also very nice and helpful.

Very comfortable place in every way, clean and well-kept environment, great for relaxing. Very convenient for being close to the city's landmarks. I'd come back more often!

Great apartment! We stayed in this flat for 2,5 weeks. It's just like in the pictures but even better due to the view over the city from every room. It was clean, had modern furniture, two bathrooms and air-conditioning in all the rooms. The car was parked in the basements garage which was great to always get into a car that wasn't standing in a sunny spot. The rooftop 360° view + pool is amazing! Our toddler had a lot of fun and really enjoyed it there. Also it wasn't crowded and had a luxurious ambient. Great to watch the sun set with a glas of wine up there 😍 Our host was very fast in replying and always super helpful and friendly. All in all the flat was perfect and we would stay again. Thanks a lot ⭐️

we love the ap, everything is very beautiful and well thought out, a very pleasant experience. the garden is very spacious and back an impressive warmth. the building has several leisure options such as a swimming pool and gym, super complete. The location is perfect, close to the best points of bonfim. we love very much and want to return already 😍

The home is a loft for two people equipped with everything you need to stay and cook. Clean and fit for guests. It has a small patio with a grill and a jacuzzi. It is far from the city and a few blocks from the river and close to the thermal baths of San Jose. Being with your own vehicle, there is no problem to move around. Communication with Carlos was excellent, and he was always willing to find any need

The Jose house is really very cozy, with quiet and easy to access area. House equipped, clean, with impeccable bed and bath linens and as described. Communication was easy and quick. Two additional stitches, we were greeted with a delicious cake and the arts of Josi make the house alive and even more beautiful.

Very good house, large, spacious, very bright, large pieces with good ventilation. Comfortable rooms. Easy to access location. Wagner was always very attentive to us, helped me and guided me the whole period of the stay. I highly recommend the site, sure to be a place that we will return when we go to Bento.
