Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Paradise Valley

The hosts were very accommodating. I had some sort of glitch when i booked my stay and it only booked for a single guest, so they stocked 4 towels total. When I let them know that there were more guests and I would need more towels, they immediately responded and had towels on the way. The backyard is really the highlight of the property, there’s lots to do and tons of room! We would definitely recommend staying here. Very happy with the property and the hosts!

I love this house and the location. It’s a really quiet neighborhood so it’s great for feeling at peace while visiting phoenix. Since you can go out and do so many things close by it’s nice to have a quiet and nice place when back at the house. Horses in the neighborhood a huge plus and the kids get so excited to see them. Plus, all the rabbits running around in the huge backyard were so fun to see early in the morning.

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

Perfect place! We had so much fun in the backyard with all the different kinds of games! And the communication with host was perfect too! Definitely to recommend

We had an extremely relaxing stay. Matt’s home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The outdoor shower and tub was such a nice touch. Probably one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Thank you for hosting us!

Very private, clean and felt right at home. In town with family for my daughter’s wedding and needed an iron which Kristine made available brand new, thank you! The outside amenities were absolutely wonderful with a pool and nice little golf green not to mention great relaxing areas. Absolutely great communication with clear instructions. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. The home accommodated everyone very comfortably. If in the area will definitely stay here again.

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

This was definitely one of the best places i’ve stayed in Arizona before! Great place to stay for long trips and met all of our needs perfectly!! Will definitely book again!!

Very nicely decorated. Modern and very, very clean. Loved the glass shower and super clean bathroom. King sized bed was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with all the basic essentials including new Keurig, air fryer, toaster and refrigerator. We’d love to stay in this unit again

Michaels place so nice! We didn’t even get to enjoy the back patio as our time there was short. But the place was really clean and spacious. We had to repack for our flight, and had plenty of space to spread out for that. The bed was comfortable. And Michael was very helpful on suggestions. We would stay again if in the area.

Love this spot!!! Perfect place for two people or even a solo getaway!! Love that you have a private space for parking/shade for your car! Absolutely loved this stay! Highly recommend!

6 stars … Just wrapped up a 2 week stay at Adrian’s place and it was exactly what I needed—great location and unbeatable value in Scottsdale. The space was super comfortable and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a rental at all… more like crashing at a family member’s place. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home-away-from-home experience. Adrian’s hospitality was next level he really sets the bar on how a host should operate, many can learn from him! I would definitely call this my Scottsdale home.

We had such a wonderful time at Jaclyn’s place. She was an incredible host. Even when we arrived earlier than expected to Scottsdale, she was super flexible with us. Luis was also awesome to meet. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed on our final day, Jaclyn worked with us to be able to check-out later. Such a life saver! Thank you!! The place was so comfy and exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration. We particularly enjoyed how comfy the couches and bed was. The location was always really good. We walked to the mall a couple of times. We highly recommend Jaclyn’s place and would love to stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale.

Everything about the home was absolutely perfect. Toby’s communication was fabulous. Her attention to detail as regards to a clean, warm and comfortable home was so much appreciated. The information she has for guests in the home was outstanding. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and in excellent condition. The home is the absolutely the most organized and well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. And all this comes with allowing you to relax while there. To feel comfortable being there. We would most certainly stay there again and highly, highly recommend Toby’s place. What a wonderful stay we had. We can’t say enough good things.

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!

Wonderful unit to stay in, great location close to shopping center and restaurants. Denise and William were extremely communicative and pleasant to deal with, would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

I came here for a procedure at New Directions Fertility Center (NDFC) and am so glad I booked Tim's place! it's conveniently located across the street from a supermarket, close to a bus stop that'll take you to NDFC, and walking distance to old town Scottsdale. The place itself is very relaxing and has everything you need. Nicole, the co-host, was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this place! 😃

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described and was the perfect home base for exploring Scottsdale, Tempe, and the Phoenix area. It was super easy to access, spotlessly clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Michelle went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, even leaving us a couple of drinks and a nice welcome note. She was very responsive to any questions we had and was super friendly. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, Old Town, grocery stores, the airport, and the Mayo Clinic (about a 15-20 minute drive). We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

Jesus’ place was cute, cozy and comfortable!! The bed and pillows were great and we appreciated the popcorn.
