Vacation rentals with a patio in Paphos

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. The place is really clean, spacious, modern, in a convenient location - in between the seaside and the old town and the hosts were absolutely wonderful - supportive, helpful, caring, couldn’t recommend more!

The bed was comfortable, walkable to everything, the pool was a short walk away, it was quiet, clean, modern, nice beaches. Would stay again.

It is a really very well-maintained complex and a great apartment to feel good immediately. Everything is very well thought out, including the details. I particularly liked that it was very quiet. In addition to the super clean pool with crystal clear water, there is also a sauna and a Jacuzzi hot tub. Stable Wi-Fi. Secure parking directly on the premises. I'll be more than happy to come back!

Our stay at the Villa for our friends wedding was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. The villa has all the facilities that you could require, the pool area is ideal and the rooftop space is a welcomed addition. All of us that stayed in expressed how we would happily return in the future. Thank you!

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

I very much enjoyed my week-long vacation in Paphos at the White Little House of Andreas and Sophie. The house matched the photos exactly and had everything you need. The location is also great to explore Paphos and the region as well as other places in Cyprus. Andreas and Sophie have created a small manual, which you will receive shortly before check-in, so you can immediately find your way around the house and no questions remain unanswered.

we stayed for 3 night in Pano Panagia and it was such a relaxing place. the house was so spacious and had lovely afternoon sun.

The villa is absolutely wonderful. Lots of thought and style in the external space plus some wonderful features inside. Kyriacos went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and at home in the villa with some lovely thoughtful extras. He was also very proactive in sending though information about the villa as we got closer to our holiday. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The roof terrace gives the opportunity to see some fabulous sunsets. We would highly recommend this place for a peaceful quiet holiday. Although there is current ongoing building activity in the area it is hardly noticeable when sitting around the pool or inside the villa. Car is highly recommended as it is a way out of town or to the nearest supermarket. So many amazing things to do around the island

Nice and clean place to stay.

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was modern and attractively furnished and sparkling clean. Andreas always responded immediately and fulfilled all our wishes. The beds were very comfortable and at night it was quiet. Washing machine and large balcony were a plus. Unfortunately, we could not use the roof terrace belonging to the apartment and the communal pool due to the weather. A special feature was the dimmable and color-tunable lighting in the living room. There were numerous adapters for Euro plugs and USB charging options. For exploring the surroundings, a car for which there is a reserved parking space is recommended. We can fully recommend the apartment and hosts.

This is the best Airbnb in Cyprus I ever been to magnificent view. Spotless place. Got everything you need. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended. I give it 5 stars. Thank you very much for hosting me. Had excellent time.

Sylvia’s apartment was lovely, clean and well located. Private parking, patio and a well looked after pool only a step away. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix, dining table and chairs, settee. Also outside seating & table etc.. including 2 new Sun beds etc.. Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer everything you need! Sylvia was always only a message away if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend apartment for location and value.

Very friendly host, great location and facilities. Only thing is bring your own internet as it connects ok on phone but for tv, will need a hotspot :) other than that perfect place and great restaurants nearby

Beautiful apartment on a hill overlooking Pegiea with superb views of the entire coast. The apartment is as seen in the photos. Functional and well equipped for 2 people. The place is very quiet. The area is very beautiful to visit and the beaches are 15 minutes away by car. Beautiful swimming pool reserved for residents. Almost deserted at the beginning of May. All instructions for check-in/checkout and operation were very clear. We had a lovely stay.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. It had a nice big balcony with a large table and four chairs. Everything was exactly as Alexander described it. I can highly recommend and would happily book it again.

we loved Blue Nest. The house is large enough for 4 people. Furnishings cozy and cozy. Nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. Pool large and located in a beautiful green garden with trees and flowers. We were almost always alone at the pool. Edita always responded quickly, very nice. We ourselves were not so away from the village of Mandria but Paphos, on the other hand, we liked it. Thank you Edita!
