Vacation rentals with beach access in Paphos

The property in Elysia Park is great for exploring Paphos and the surrounding streets. You can walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is also very quiet there and the complex is very nice.

Denis air BnB was beautiful and clean! So close to the harbour where there’s lots to eat & drink. The space felt so homely and inviting, and the little balcony was such a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again :)

Apartmens with good design and space usage, nice balcony with beautiful flowers. The hosts are very responsive. Good location. Alfa & Omega mall and King Avenue Mall are close. Barbershop, Hair saloon, pharmacy are near. 20-30 walk to the harbour. Quite close to archeological sites. If you go to the sea direction there are nice taverns. I recommend Laverna taverna. The nearest beach is probably Lighthouse beach (20 min of walk). But I recommend to go to the Venus Beach (40 min). It is the best. You can swim there even when there are high waves. Clean, water, sand. It is very beautiful in the morning. I spent nice time in these apartments. Great thanks to Iulia and Catalin.

Great accommodation, well equipped and cozy, a nice large terrace with access to the pool and you benefit overall from the offers of the holiday resort. The location is great, restaurants/bars/cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the mile-long beach promenade, from which you can easily reach the city, excavation sites, as well as beautiful beaches on foot. Otherwise, you can also easily reach various excursion destinations around Paphos, e.g. for hikes/beaches or similar, by bus. Oliver and Melanie are very dedicated hosts, very reliable and eager and have provided us with many recommendations/tips (including in advance on their website). We will be happy to come back, thanks for everything!

We stayed at Ocean Wings apartment for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience. Julia and Jody were excellent hosts – we were met on arrival, shown around the apartment, and made to feel very welcome. The apartment itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect for us – we couldn’t have asked for more. Would love to return one day!

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

The perfect place to relax. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment has all the amenities. Very close to the city beach and port. Restaurants with very good diverse cuisine on the same street. From the beginning of the reservation until the departure, constant contact with the owner, Eleftheria, who was helpful at every stage of our stay. It is definitely worth using this apartment.

Carrie's apartments are truly exclusive - a unique place right by the sea, lots of different spaces to lounge. While quite a few other houses in the neighborhood, we felt very private. Neighbors are quiet, lots of greenery around. Although Pomos is a really small town, it's even a few not bad restaurants, there is a supermarket. The host is very nice, allowed us to do the check-in even a few hours early, constantly taking care of us and answered our questions promptly. The only small minus is the sea shore - how steep and very stony, so bathing is a bit of a discomfort. But everything else was super, I recommend it..:)

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. I very much enjoyed my week-long vacation in Paphos at the White Little House of Andreas and Sophie. The house matched the photos exactly and had everything you need. The location is also great to explore Paphos and the region as well as other places in Cyprus. Andreas and Sophie have created a small manual, which you will receive shortly before check-in, so you can immediately find your way around the house and no questions remain unanswered.

Villa Georgina was everything we hoped for and much, much more. Our small group enjoyed the Villa and it's facilities and the area of Corral Bay with a fantastic selection of good restaurants and bars. The pool was squeaky clean if a little cold, but that's to be expected for April. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Georgina to anyone for a relaxed and luxurious experience.

This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Sylvia’s apartment was lovely, clean and well located. Private parking, patio and a well looked after pool only a step away. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix, dining table and chairs, settee. Also outside seating & table etc.. including 2 new Sun beds etc.. Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer everything you need! Sylvia was always only a message away if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend apartment for location and value.

We spent a lovely week at Alinas place in Paphos. The apartment was in a lovely quiet complex yet right in the centre of Kato Paphos, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. They seem to have thought of everything to make our stay a success. Any question we had re restaurants, places to go etc was answered promptly. Check in and out was easy and cleverly done. We cannot recommend Alinas place highly enough. They could teach hosts how to run an Airbnb business.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.
