Condo vacation rentals in Paphos

Good place, everything was just as I expected.

Amazing accommodation, amazing location and amazing hosts!! We stayed last week of May (UK Half Term). Family of four, two boys 11 and 15. I'll start with the location. It's about 50m from the sea (Coral Bay), so 3 mins walk or you can park your car in one of the beach car parks for free. Coral bay is a sandy beach in a secluded bay, with restaurants, toilets, watersports and loads of seating and umbrellas. We visited nearly every day and jet skied, paddle boards, swimming, snorkling etc - an amazing place!! A short walk from the beach (5-10 mins) there is a strip with about 20 different quality restaurants and tourist shops etc. Next; the accommodation. It had everything you needed and more. A four bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor flat. very spacious. Air-con great!! well-equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, large outdoor pool - was warm in May), English TV and all the usual Apps. Lastly; the hosts. Always available and sorted any issues out quickly!!!

Great place to stay, child friendly! Had everything we needed! Location to restaurants and shops was great! Balcony and pool where a lovely addition

Great place to stay in Paphos! Very convinient to everything neer by. Supermarkets, mall, sightseeings, church, restaurants, and much more. The 2 pools are great for swimming and parking is easy to find. We enjoy our stay and hope to return soon!

Was a great apartment in a peaceful location in the hills. Had everything as described. Was a quick drive to paphos airport as well as local coastline and historical sites.

Chis and Uwe are excellent hosts. Their apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was tidy and clean. As we arrived late at night and they were kind enough to left us with fresh fruits and other things for breakfast in the morning. We travelled with our kids and they surprised them with colouring materials and little chocolates, which was really thoughtful :) The apartment offers your own parking space which is very convenient for the rental car. The place is on very good location with easy access. The only minus for us was that the apartment is located near the road, so late at night you hear every car passing by. I recommend ear plugs for those who seeks quiet nights. Besides this everything was perfect and we had a great time.

The apartment was easy to find off the directions Ste gave. A car is a must really for the location. Unless you are used to walking up and down hill. The village of Peyia is an uphill walk of approx 30mins. We had a car for our 2wks stay, pre booked from the airport. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and comfortable, with an excellent sized patio area, with sea view. Ste is easy to contact, and replies promptly. Would definitely recommend. A great self catering accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Mike was very communicative and even took us to the supermarket on arrival so we could buy some groceries. Mandria is a very small and quiet village, which was exactly what we wanted.

A very pleasant, spacious, and well-equipped apartment Located a 10-15 minute walk from the seaside. The pool is lovely as is the terrace. The place was very clean and Alina was welcoming. Everything about it was excellent We recommend this property!

The flat was great. Though I recommend getting a small vehicle or a buggy because the provided parking is a tight fit. Also, if you struggle sleeping without a fan, you will need to bring one with you or sleep on the sofa bed. I really enjoyed staying away from the main tourist strip and I he immersiveness of the flat.

Quiet and restful but still within easy reach of all amenities. Definitely will book again

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family

great 1st floor apartment with lift access , Great location 5 mins walk to beach. everything in apartment t you could have needed and more, Netflix on tv and great internet good balcony with sun all morning and lovely gardens and pools. Daniel was a great host who answered any questions quickly. would defo stay again .

It was a lovely holiday in Lauren’s apartment. Lauren is very friendly and responsive host. We had everything we need, even for a baby. Even though the swimming pool was closed during our stay, Lauren offered an alternative. Although we had lots do to anyway, so didn’t need it in the end. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable stay, great to have access to a kitchen, as well as the option for breakfast buffet and pool access at Droushia Heights right beside the apartments. Only 15 minutes to Latchi, it made it so that my short stay contained both mountain and beach beauty all together. Would recommend!

I booked this apartment for my parents as the original place we booked was nothing like the advert. Natalia was fantastic. It was great to know they were in safe hands. She was very responsive. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything they could need. They especially enjoyed the large balcony and how close they were to everything! Brilliant stay at Felix’s apartment. Nice and easy to find and fairly local to all shops and restaurants needed. Clean and spacious with everything you need for a good break. Great communication and very responsive to all questions and queries. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was one of the better Airbnbs we have stayed in. It's spacious, has all the essentials for a longer stay, and the deck is its biggest asset. It is a bit out of the way, but it took less than 10 minutes to get a shortcut to the bus stop. The neighborhood is very quiet. The communication with the guest was fine and the check-in was very convenient. Thank you! 🤩

First off, the photos actually don’t do this place justice! The apartment was amazingly wonderful and inviting; a beacon of relaxation; home away from home!! And our host and hostess like extended family checking in to insure our stay was seamless! This little treasure in paradise was well worth more than the money spent and my family and I are grateful for the experience in this special tucked away treasure!!🥰

This apartment is lovely, it is comfortable with everything you need! The view from the balcony is superb and the addition of good patio furniture and a lounger make it a lovely spot to while away a few afternoon hours! The pool area and gym are very well maintained and communal areas clean and tidy! You do need a car as the village is walkable downhill, but a killer coming back 😆. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a holiday in the Peigia or Coral Bay (10 minute drive) areas. Dawn is an excellent host, proactive with relevant information and very quick to respond to queries!
