Condo vacation rentals in Paphos

We stayed in Jane appartment for a week off-season in march. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the possible amenities, including even beach equipment for guest use. Just downstairs it’s big swimming pool. Everything there is thoughtfully prepared, each room has air conditioning. We spend such a nice time there and everyday we had breakfast in the balkony with the stunning sea view! Its perfect place just to read books and play piano :) There is workplace available as well. Jane is amazing host, she is always responing to messages and helped as a lot.

Stella’s place is a lovely, spacious holiday apartment in a really brilliant location. Only 5 minutes walk to the strip with restaurants and shops, an easy 10 minute walk to a big supermarket, and literally across the road to a lovely beach. There is also a fantastic pool at the property. Stella couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, and is a very generous and warm host. We were a bit worried about the distance from Paphos centre, but the bus service is excellent and reasonably priced. We booked on a couple of day trips, and were picked up very close to Stella’s house.

I stayed for 3 weeks, combining work and vacation, and this has been one of the best experiences in terms of price-to-performance ratio. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — a daily highlight. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, from furniture to kitchen essentials. But the real gem is the host — a truly kind and wise person. If you get the chance to meet him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommended, 100%!

I would be happy to recommend you to stay at Nicos’ flat as my experience was amazing. The flat was clean and fully prepared, Nicos gave all the instructions, shared recommended places and was helpful during my staying and questions. The location is great! 20 minutes to the old town or to the sea. The grocery and the shopping mall just nearby the flat.

Such a cute place, very tastefully decorated, in lovely garden setting with view of the sea. Enjoy lunch and coffee on the terrace! The family are so kind and welcoming. It’s a really pleasant quiet 10mn walk to the beach from the studio, and Polis is an authentic little town with plenty of good restaurant options. It’s exactly the stay we were looking for. I had a really lovely 9 nights stay at Cath & Ste's apartment in Peyia Paradise. It was comfortable and so very well equipped. Loads of crockery, utensils and some handy condiments etc. The terrace has sun from morning to evening and it's a fabulous size. Views from it are great, including some stunning sunsets. There's a table with 4 chairs, umbrella for shade if needed, a lounger and some nice lightweight sunbeds which are easy to take to the pool and back. There's even a bbq too. Cath & Ste were very responsive to any questions I had, also going out of their way to message me to let me know when the internet in the area went down for a while one morning. I definitely recommend having a car for your stay here. I'd have been a bit stuck without my rental! A really great apartment with equally great hosts. Thank you ! 😊

This is a very homely place, quiet, peaceful and perfect as a base for us. I have stayed in Mandria many times as a regular Spring visitor and really enjoyed the double balcony on this place giving sunshine both early and late. Lots of little extras like oil, vinegar, salt pepper, sugar and coffee. Also UK TV and good Wi-Fi. I would be happy to return. In my opinion a car is needed to get the most from your stay.

great place and great hostess, very helpful, gave us lots of advice. if you rent a car, the parking is in a gated community so you don't have to worry about damages

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

Très belle expérience dans ce logement confortable, fidèle aux photos et parfaitement entretenu. Le quartier est paisible, tout en étant proche des commodités. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’aide précieuse de l’hôte dès notre arrivée : il nous a accompagné pour trouver une voiture de location, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour et d’explorer Chypre en toute liberté. Un grand merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Just right for my purposes - close to the village amenities, hired a car for getting out and about, communal pool and bbq area was spotless , comfortable apartment with great verandah for morning coffee, great value for money . Will stay again.

The apartment is in a quiet location and is a good base to explore the surrounding area - I'd say a car is essential. Everything required for a home-from-home break is available, though a cafetiere or similar would be a personal preference to kickstart the day - but that's just me! Guide booklet provides details of local amenities for those unfamiliar with the area. The owners are excellent communicators, even providing pre-visit videos of the exact location and a few other essentials.

We had a very nice stay at this appartment. The location is great, quiet and close to the beach (10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive), the garden was amazing, especially for the kids and overall, we felt very comfortable during the whole stay. Thank you!

Very comfortable stay, great to have access to a kitchen, as well as the option for breakfast buffet and pool access at Droushia Heights right beside the apartments. Only 15 minutes to Latchi, it made it so that my short stay contained both mountain and beach beauty all together. Would recommend!

I booked this apartment for my parents as the original place we booked was nothing like the advert. Natalia was fantastic. It was great to know they were in safe hands. She was very responsive. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything they could need. They especially enjoyed the large balcony and how close they were to everything! claire fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre al pemdiente. la casa esta muy buen ubicada en relacion a los lugares de interes, playa, shoping. la terraza es lo mejor de departamento. departamento limpio, amplio, eramos 2 adultos con 2 niños y nos sentimos muy comodos. super recomiendo la casa de Claire

Andy bardzo pomocny. Mieszkanie jest w super lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o śniadania i atrakcje dla dzieci. Dwa baseny pod oknem robią robotę, cisza spokój na osiedlu. Klimatyzacja ratuje w tym cudownym upale. Piękna okolica. W mieszkaniu bardzo dużo miejsca, każdy czuł się swobodnie. Polecamy!

Great stay, spotlessly clean everywhere, lovely terrace, very nice pool area, very easy to communicate with host, had a lovely 3 night break. We didn't have a car and but definitely can manage without for a short stay - buses aren't great in the area but harbour and kings shopping mall are both 20-25 minute walk. Also you can rent bikes from the reception (just 10 euro for 24 hours) and that was a great way to get down to the sea and cycle along the broadwalk.
