Family-friendly vacation rentals in Paphos

We had a lovely stay as a big family at this place. We have travelled to this region a lot as a family but never stayed in this villa or area. We really enjoyed the different area, very quiet and peaceful and the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The outside space with the sofas was a great place to relax and socialise as a family. Many villas don't have this but we find it really important to have a good space outside to relax in. Highly recommend this villa

We had a fantastic week enjoying the opportunities for local hiking, the great terrace and swimming pool and the beach that was just a hop, skip and a jump from the property. Aris was very friendly and accommodating and the Cypriot BBQ was great fun to use.

a beautiful house with everything you need, a warm welcome by Sylvia and her husband and 2 dogs. We were allowed to use all the seats in the garden. Sylvia was super quick to respond if we had a question. if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful area a short drive away from more crowds, then this is a fantastic place! we had a super nice week! We spent an amazing and relaxing month at this lovely townhouse in Peyia. It is super clean and extremely well equipped for long (and short) stays, with lots of extra towels, linens, and tons of kitchen equipment. The views from the back decks are amazing - we watched a fabulous sunset every night of our stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout, and would be well suited to both small groups and larger family stays. Both Terry and local property manager Aimee were great to work with, helpful, and responsive. We had an outstanding stay and would love to stay again! 10/10!

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!

This house is excellent. It is very peaceful with only the sounds of nature to keep you company. There's loads of space both inside and out and the house is very well equipped with everything needed. Having 2 bathrooms with baths is a luxury as well as 2 very comfortable double bed bedrooms as sometimes there are only twin beds. The open plan living area is very spacious and the high ceilings add to the feeling. There is absolutely everything needed from spare heaters to kitchen appliances and from sunbeds to a barbeque. It is very handy to have a gated driveway and a bonus to have UK TV channels. Ken is a perfect host. Very warm and welcoming with a very thorough check in and out process and house manual. 100% recommend.

Wonderful location with stunning panoramic views of the bay from the livingroom and pool area. It was a perfect house for two families with grown kids. The rooms and amenities were just as pictured. We stayed in winter so did not need or use the pool, but the outdoor seating and dining areas were wonderful when the sun came out. Lots of wonderful excursions - including tobogganing on the snow up in the mountains. Would highly recommend this wonderful villa to families who want to enjoy time together in a beautiful setting away from the humdrum of the main town.

Villa is in a great location and is very spacious. There is aircon in all the bedrooms and the villa is equipped with everything you would need for a long stay. Having a swimming pool right on your doorstep is a life saver on a hot day.

We spend at Alexandras place 1 week. Everything was so great. Nice villa in 3 floors, great pool with private chairs, not many people around pool. Location is perfect! Nice local area restaurants just around the corner( left side). There were opportunities for breakfast and dinner. Nearest supermarket was 600m in front of Alexander hotel. It was not big but they had stuff for breakfast like cheese, ham, eggs, fruits, vegetables, beverages and also alcohol. Nice sandy beach was just in front of Alexander hotel as well. Sunbed was 2.50€. Paphos promenade and harbour with lots of restaurants were at walking distance. Also a bar street if you are looking for nice party. We usually started our weekend in some restaurant, then took a cocktail in TA BANIA bar, then Flairs bar with nice party atmosphere or glamorous Loft club and if it was not enough then party continues in Rainbow club :D Villa itself had everything you need. It was clean and spacious with 3 floors, 3 bedrooms 2 showers and 3 toilets. Upstairs is nice terrace with sunbeds. Lower floor at garden area there was nice private seating corner. All rooms had air condition and EU plugs added. I recommend that place and would go back.

Very good accommodation, shared but almost exclusive pool (neighbors little present), quality bedding, beautiful view, great terrace and its bbq, well-stocked recommendation books, peaceful place, Suzie is really responsive and proactive. To do, we stayed for a week.

The apartment was lovely spacious excellent views, 3 balconies and a roof terrace. Polis is peaceful but has some of the best restaurants ive ever been too. Local car hire and easy acces to the akamas peninsula for walks, off roading and swimming in the blue lagoon. The host was really helpful and went the extra mile for us. Best air b&b ive ever been too.

We had a wonderful time, the pool and house were excellent. We wanted a relaxing holiday, and that is what we got. We knew the area in advance so the distance from Paphos was not a problem as we always have a car when we visit. The local beach and harbour are lovely to have on your doorstep. We visited the Sunset Restaurant, which was a short walk from the villa, on multiple occasions, the service and food was excellent. We had a slight issue with water on our last day, but Darrell the next door neighbour turned out to be a plumber. He had us sorted in quick time, he couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.

Wonderful stay in David’s beautiful home! Plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom! Great for couples traveling together! I did not feel like I was invading someone’s home! This was a wonderful vacation villa. Pool and hot tub clean and ready to use!

Fabulous property with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Denise is a wonderful host and very responsive, she also gave us lots of information on beaches and restaurants. The house is very clean and comfortable with its own private patio. The pool is lovely and refreshing and the gardens are very pretty. A few minutes walk from the beach and local stores and a few bars. Only 30 minutes transfer from Paphos airport. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Denise.

I highly recommend it for larger groups - a big villa so everyone had a place for themselves and felt at ease, a large living room provided the opportunity to spend time together. A very nice and communicative owner, whom you could count on at any time. Wonderful time, thanks!

The villa is located in a quiet place. The house is large 、clean and comfortable ,Nikoleta is kindness and easy to communicate .Everything is good. highly recommend.

It was a spacious lovely home. Everything was clean and ready to have us. We had everything we need inside the house. And it was a step far from the supermarket and the main road. The owners are very generous and kind, they even helped us to plan our stay. We will miss them!

Andy gave us very detail directions and checkin instructions. Appartement was clean. It has decent view from the terrace where we enjoyend our breakfast. We had wonderfull vacation

A stunning villa both inside and out. Presteigne and modern interior, clean pool and terrace looking out at the ocean and the neighbouring plantations. The sea is a minutes walk, the caves and famous shipwreck only 5min drive and Akamas peninsula a short drive away. Perfect for an adult family who have different holiday plans, who want to come together for dinners and bbq’s on the terrace. Suits groups who are looking for the finer, serene elements of coral bay, away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were kind, helpful and prompt with recommendations and assistance. We will certainly be back!

This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!
