Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Paonia

This cabin is on a beautiful peace of property. As the listing states, it is on a working farm, therefore lots of farm animals. My grandbaby loved meeting the animals, and Barb was kind enough to introduce us to the goats which he loved. The cabin kitchen is fully stocked so we could make our meals before heading out for the day. Highly recommend for families! We enjoyed beautiful views and walking around the property in the evenings.

This home was so lovely and spacious. My three grandkids and I really enjoyed staying there . There were such nice touches; a bottle of homemade wine from the host, water by the bedside, coffee and creamer. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to make it an annual event.

We enjoyed a fabulous time here and would have booked longer had it been available. Our doggie loved the yard - but the fence is low on one side so would not recommend for a runner/escape artist without tethering. The beds and couch were super comfortable. We enjoy a high kitchen table so this suited us. The bathrooms were great and the laundry was also very nice. We took advantage of the next-door drive in (Colorado’s oldest!) and caught a double feature during our visit. Great proximity to Black Canyon NP and to Oursay, where we did a super fun jeep tour!

It was my wedding week, and I decided to go back to my hometown to get married. I had family on from all over the country and we all stayed together at this wonderful place. very accommodating, comfortable, easy to get to, clean, and much more. We had more than we needed or wanted and many fond memories were made here. This will forever be a special place to me. I can't thank the wonderful hosts enough for having such a fantastic place for us all to land.

Excellent stay at Cat's place. everything was as described and shown in photos. Cat was very responsive and helpful. Location is a suburban-type neighborhood and seemed very quiet. There are sidewalks if you want to walk/run, and downtown is a short 5-10 minute drive. Definitely would stay here again if we are in the area.

Great location for visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Super close to restaurants/stores as well. Very thoughtful touches and any amenity I could think of was there (which cannot be said for most places I have stayed). It was very hot when we visited and the window a/c units struggled to keep the entire house comfortable, but it was unusually warm. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

This place was easy to get comfortable in and feel at home. It’s a ten minute walk to Coffee Trader and a juice bar (The Root). We felt safe to walk there every morning. The lighting in the house made it a peaceful place. ALL the beds were so comfortable! We would stay here again! Only note: the outside umbrella has a wasps nest in it. I let them know but didn’t get a response that they saw my message so be careful!

The Loft on Grand Avenue in Paonia was a fantastic place to stay during our week in town visiting our son and his girlfriend. Like they did, we fell in love with Paonia. The loft was extremely well equipped, comfortable and very conveniently located. The bed was comfy and kitchen well equipped. The hosts were super responsive and kind. We will definitely return to the lift for our next visit to Paonia!

We loved our stay! Great location within a short drive to shops and restaurants in Montrose. Perfect "base" for exploring Montrose, Black Canyon, Ouray, etc. We felt right at home and loved how thoughtfully stocked the basement apartment was, plus how it felt private. Lesley made sure to send us instructions and has lots of helpful notes in the house as well. Would stay again if in the area!!

My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and enjoyed our time away. We also really appreciated the dog bed and blanket for our dogs - what a great touch!

This Air b&b was comfortable and private. I loved the stream out back—so peaceful and soothing! Tori is also very responsive to and respectful of messages/questions. I will definitely look to book here in the future when/if I’m in the area!

We loved the Italian restaurant Desiree recommended. Great food and friendly service! Apt was clean and Desiree had spare bed made up for us when we arrived.

We had a great time. Cedaredge Lodge and lovely small-town Cedaredge is a perfect base for day trips to Grand Mesa, the Grand Junction area, Ouray & the San Juans.

Great host! Clean and private location. Nice to have a full size fridge and be close to town. Only downside is if someone is staying upstairs it’s noisy.
