This home is a cozy 110 year old beauty in downtown Paonia. One block south of City park and five blocks from Grand street. Outfitted in new furnishings juxtaposed with antiques. Tall ceilings with ceiling fans throughout for those July nights and a gas fireplace for cool nights. Door code allows guests to show up and move in immediately. A large fenced yard, off street parking and privacy give you what you need for the perfect Paonia getaway. Twin beds can be made into a King if you like!

Western Culture Farmstead is located 1 mile outside of Paonia, close enough to ride your bike. Enjoy some private time hanging out with the goats, they are very therapeutic & love a snuggle!

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)

The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. Combined with passive solar design principles, the solargon is an octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun.
