Beach house vacation rentals in Paola

With the help of Donatella, Salvatore's English-speaking, charming wife, and his spontaneous help, we found his house easily. It is wonderfully located with a fantastic view over the bay of Caminia, just as it looks in its photos on AirBnB. We were very happy and had wonderful vacation weeks. The apartment is spacious and beautifully and practically furnished. The reception was very warm with wine and fresh cookies. There are old tiled floors everywhere. There was nothing missing. When we didn't find a kettle, which we actually need as tea drinkers, Donatella brought us a new one the next day! When the water in the shower had no pressure after a storm, Salvatore was able to fix it the same day. The path to the small beach is easily accessible on foot. We soon got used to a steep part of the way. The water was wonderful. We left grateful and happy.

The apartment is in the middle of the beautiful old town of Scalea, but is still totally quiet. You can get to the beach quickly and there are some good places nearby. The decor is cozy and tasteful, we felt immediately comfortable! In the kitchen there is everything you need. Lorenzo is a wonderful host, he welcomed us warmly and even brought a blanket for our dog so she could sleep on the sofa, what more could you ask for;)) We hope to come back soon!

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

We were welcomed by Serafina ( sorry if I forgot your proper name) and she explained everything very well. She did not speak English and we don't speak Italian but we menaged to understand each other. The place was everythingit how it was described on the airbnb website. The beds were vary comfortable. Nice bedrooms. Super clean. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook a meal. Every room has a good air conditioning. The porch is small but just enough to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also the ground level sitting area with the chairs. There is an electric grill which we used once. Good grill. Fast and easy to clean. Highlight of that area is outside shower. We had shower inside in the bathroom only our first night in the airbnb. The place is close to the beach, 5-10 minute walk. 2 bikes were really useful for us for the trips to the grocery store. I stayed in Villetta Paradiso and what to say, great location, the sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and therefore also the long sea in the evening, which offers a wide choice of places to stop for dinner or even just to have a drink. Also very close to a supermarket. Clean apartment, exactly the same as described and super friendly hosts.

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Giuseppe was very proactive, kind and helpful. Provided us with useful destinations (beaches, restaurants,..). We felt very welcomed at the place and the overall expirience was a positive one. The parking was sometimes a challenge but we made do. It was a well spent time on a beutiful place. Thank you Giuseppe.
