Great location in the old, historic village of Paola (& ultimately well worth the uphill climb from the train station with our suitcases!) . If you love an old italian village in an historic, pretty location then this is the place for you. Easy days walking, exploring, sitting & watching the daily activities of residents. The apartment is well equipped to cook in (which we did) with an adorable garden setting that enjoys the local sounds of life. And with loads of great bars, cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as a large conad supermarket. We'd def stay again in Maria/Guilia's place. Amazing hosts! Thank you!

Pleasant accommodation, welcoming and responsive host. Slightly noisy environment, with the railway not far away, but the accommodation is well located to be able to explore the surroundings. I recommend it!

Great place. Just needed a place for the night as we were passing through. This place really exceeded my expectations. Roomy, super clean, nice kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine. Tons of amenities. The host thought of everything. The parking, building and room are very secure. Getting in for the first time is a bit tricky. You really need to pay attention to the instructions and provided video. Even though Vincenzo is not on site he responds immediately and is most helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. It’s a great value.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

Everything was perfect, except the location of the building that we found thanks to the photos where you could see the pink color of the condominium!! Very nice and clean house, super equipped. The only flaw is that you don't know it's on the third floor on foot, but a little gymnastics is fine with us.

The accommodation met our expectations. Everything was clean, wifi was great, 2x TVs, climate...Quiet part of the city. Lots of restaurants, the sea 5 minutes by car.

My girlfriend and me were for the first time in Lamezia Terme. It was a very short visit in this beautiful city. The accomondation was great. The checkin was very smooth and hassle free. The communication between us and the host made our uncertain arrival at the accomodation very smooth. We were welcomed very nicely by the father of the host (Antonio). The accomodation in itself was kept very very clean and organised. This all made our stay so easy and uncomplicated. Even the recommendations given for dinner were great. Our suggestion is to pre-book in advance for dinner given that Lamezia Terme definitely has a good night life too and can be crowded. To summarise, the flexibility of the host and the hospitality made our short stay very memorable. All in all worth recommending- Super host!

Angela was great hostess, she greeted us on arrival. We enjoyed our stay next to the sea. We had a car and there was off street parking!

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

A beautiful place immersed in greenery, a condominium garden in front of the studio(really equipped with everything you need) with fig trees and carob trees where our dogs have liked to stay, the table outside where to eat, mosquito nets throughout the house, TV, fresh and quiet house, just outside the village where there is nothing, but 10 minutes from beautiful beaches with a crazy sea. I recommend to everyone to come to this place,I am a traveler and a Superhost in Rome, so you can trust. Patrizia is very nice and kind. Go,go

Lovely spacious apartment right in the centre of town. Everything catered for, comfy bed. We had a great stay.

Apartment in a central location, like new with excellent fixtures and a beautiful terrace. Teresa responded positively to our requests (lower pillows and detailed instructions on waste disposal). Beach and pine forest a few hundred meters away.

Excellent hospitality by Heidi! So many things made available for guests. Thank you! Heidi and Rolf are always available and very responsive to our needs or small problems. Beautiful views from the terrace of Cirella Island. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!
