Welcome to The Potting Shed! A cosy couples retreat, renovated to a very high standard, with many funky features and fantastic attention to detail. Just a stroll away from our friendly, foodie village pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. It’s a special place, nestled in its own little corner of my garden, with an emphasis on luxury and lovely things. Transformed from my everyday potting shed, it’s now a spacious, warm and welcoming hideaway for two which I’m very proud of.

Hen Ty (meaning old house) is a cosy cottage with modern comfort ( please note that the woodburner is not useable but there is full central heating) It sits in a quiet rural location and is conveniently located for walking, cycling. Four miles away is the market town of Abergavenny, which has a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Located between the cycle path, canal pathway and the legendary tumbles mountain this is an ideal base for anybody looking to get outside and explore. Abergavenny Town centre is a 40 minute walk along the cycle path, 15-20 cycle and 5 minutes in a car.
