Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of the Gers countryside in Sainte-Christie-d'Armagnac and is 4 km from Nogaro and its car circuit, 1.5 hours from the Pyrenees and the ocean, 15 minutes from Aignan and its swimming lake with slide and a tree climbing course. Our village of Ste Christie d'Armagnac has a unique site in Europe, classified as historical monuments (a castle wall made of dry earth, a feudal mound and its church)

We respected the architecture and especially the framework to combine the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern... 3 bedrooms for 2 people, equipped kitchen to concoct good warm and friendly meals. Away from a small village in Bas Armagnac, quiet, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Independent studio located next to our house, fully equipped: TV and DVD player but no DTT, Wi-Fi, a mezzanine with a large 160 bed and a folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, parking. 15 minutes from the Nogaro circuit, Barbotan-les-Thermes and its casino, Eauze and 35 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan.

Located 15 minutes from the Nogaro racing circuit and 10 minutes from the Barbotan-les-Thermes thermal spa. Nearby, you have the Ferme au Cerf du Houga 10 minutes away, and you also have the village swimming pool 5 minutes away, open in July and August. You can also go boating on our pond and swim! This cottage is perfect for a stay for two, you will enjoy a garden with a view of the Gers countryside, access to a very large swimming pool 14 m long and 7 m wide, with sunbathing, and a bench. For lovers of visits you are in the heart of Bas Armagnac, with beautiful properties to visit!!
