Very good, clean, tasteful, very good mattress and in a good location

The house made you feel right at home! It had everything we needed in terms of equipment, all the spaces were spotless and it seemed that they had paid attention to even the smallest detail to offer guests a comfortable stay! Mr. Vassilis is very kind and always willing to help!

We went to Patras for a month (in May) to work at the university, and Maria's appartment was perfect. Very comfortable, quiet, with a lovely prívate patio, good internet, and very conveniently located for us (5 minutes by bus to the university). To go into downtown Patras the bus ride takes about 1/2 hour. There are many buses running in both directions. It is important to know that the avenue where you find buses, grocery stores and places to eat is some 700 m from the house if you take a direct road, and a bit more if you wiggle, but it is a nice walk and good excercise (specially returning uphill!) The beach is about 2 km but even without a car it is possible to walk to it, and there is a public cafe/restaurant. María is a very kind and generous host, and she responds to the messages almost immediately. If there are any language differences she uses an automatic translation to communicate, so that is not a problem. We definitely recommend this place, and we hope to return some day
