Fully equipped accommodation in the heart of the countryside, not overlooked. 1 hour from Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, La Rochelle. 20 minutes from the Marais Poitevin Ground floor: Fully-equipped kitchen 30 m² dining room, 30 m² living room, entrance, toilet 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom, 5 dorm 2-night minimum rental or 3 or 4 nights depending on the time of year (e.g., long weekends, summer)

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

La Bouquetière Gîte, Golf and Gâtine

100 m2 house with pool access in summer. Kitchen, living room, dining room and toilet on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. In the countryside, quiet, 1 min from the golf course. After 8 years of use, the gîte is appreciated mainly for its cleanliness, its amenities, and its peacefulness. Beds are made and towels are available. The summer pool under shelter is located in the adjoining garden and is private to you every day from 2pm to 7pm.

Château des Loups - Les Cèdres Bleus - 14 people

At the gates of the Marais Poitevin in the exceptional estate of the Château des Loups, located on both sides of the Sèvre-Niortaise. We welcome you to the former farmhouse of the Domaine du Château. The gîte comprises two houses (one of 200 m²: Les Pommiers - 10 people and one of over 100 m²: Les Cyprès - 4 people) offering accommodation for 14 people in 7 bedrooms. ​Luxuriously renovated while respecting their authenticity, you will feel at home here.

The Niortaise Suite

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. Weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

The Gîte de la Roche welcomes you in an environment surrounded by nature. The terrace equipped with garden furniture offers a view of the river and the bridge: important, there is no protection along the river bordering the land. Possibility of fishing for those who wish, provide a fishing license and your equipment. Cottage by the creek

Cottage by the stream in a green setting completely redone with natural materials. It consists of a large living space with a wood-burning stove, comprising a living room, dining room and office area, all open to an equipped kitchen. You will also find a bedroom with 1 double bed and a mezzanine with 2 single beds. A sofa can be unfolded to offer another bed for 2 people. The toilet is dry and separated from the bathroom.

Courtyard Studio

Take a break in the countryside, we are 20 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, 1 hour from Poitiers and La Rochelle, 1 hour 15 minutes from Futuroscope and 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou. Stage of the Francette bike and GR 36. Please note there is only a microwave, no gas stoves, but there is the possibility of table d'hôte on request at least 48 hours in advance
