100% recommend the place It has all the houses very well cared for, clean and with everything you need We went for the old night a group of friends and we were very comfortable Although the owner lives in the same estate but in another house apart we had no problem making noises even at night The two dogs and the cat on the estate are very friendly and behave very well

The house is a pass, just like the location. The village of Mojácar surprised us pleasantly, it is beautiful. We were looking for peace of mind to spend a few days with a family by the sea, and that's precisely what we got.

Rafaels place was perfect for our family holiday. There were eight of us and we used all of the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is plenty of space. It was good to have a big kitchen and a stocked pantry. The beds were big and comfortable and everyone loved the pillows. The pictures on the site perhaps could be improved. It’s better than it looks. Rafael was friendly, helpful and responsive.

We absolutely loved the house, it was like home from home. Light and spacious, with plenty of room and places to relax. The complex is lovely and the pool area is under a minutes walk away, and really beautiful. The surroundings are gorgeous and there's a lovely bar and Tapas restaurant about a 5 minute walk away. The main town of Vera is a short 5 minute drive and it's absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of restaurants and the beach has amusements for the kids. Such a special place! And such an easy commute from either Murcia or Almeria airport, we can't wait to return! And the host Brid is so lovely. Really down to earth and very responsive, with plenty of suggestions and tips of how to make the most of your time there. 10 out of 10 all round.

This apartment is exactly as advertised and is a real home from home, very clean and has everything you will need for your stay. I highly recommend and will be booking again for next year.

It has been a fantastic weekend break. This villa is located in a privileged beachfront area and it is surrounded by an idyllic summer atmosphere. Nadia was interested in us having an enjoyable experience and made things very easy. From the beggining the communication was clear and concise. The house was in fastastic condition and decorated with good taste. The garden and swimmingpool were well taken care of. The matress was great and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. Sheets and towels were very soft and comfortable to touch. We will definitely be back! P.S. I would highly recommend a walk along the beach. Located just a few steps away from the house, it measures more than 5 km! Likely one of the most memorable, and looking back, one of the best times!

Javier was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. He was always quick to respond and offered valuable advice and support whenever we needed it. His property exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the listing suggests. The cactus garden is beautiful, and the natural pool, nestled right along the coast, is the perfect spot to unwind. A short path leads to a secluded bay where you can snorkel and explore vibrant coral reefs. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from beach towels to a Nespresso coffee machine and even a blender. I can’t recommend Javier’s place enough—it’s truly a hidden gem, and I’d love to return someday.

A lovely house overlooking the sea, an amazing view! Simone and Martin had everything ready for our arrival: ready beds, cold drinks, butter bread and jam for the next day's breakfast… they are adorable! The house was impeccably clean, well equipped and the pool is great. In short: everything was perfect! The only "downside" is not due to our hosts: the pretty little beach nearby is not always respected as much as it should by some residents.

In Pedro's house everything is impeccable , you can tell that everything is new ,it is clean ,modern and with a lot of light .. You feel right at home. I also value that it's close to restaurants,cafes, and supermarket. The host was always very present for whatever I needed. To repeat for sure !

The house is beautiful and spectacular much better than what can be appreciated in the photos, it is in a super quiet area with beautiful views and everything you need to spend an incredible few days and feel at home . Less than 5 minutes drive from all services, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy…. The owner at all times is very attentive to everything! I would definitely go back to it!

Paul was the perfect host helping us to have a wonderful week in his beautiful villa. We arrived very late at night and the tea, coffee and milk were very welcomed. The villa is amazing and the photos, even though they are beautiful, do not do the villa justice. We appreciated the new hot tub and it was perfect to sit in it late at night star gazing. Thank you Paul for a truly perfect, peaceful holiday.

Thanks for Great 8 day stay. superb location and close to everything. Had the advantage of knowing the area very well. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans you could wish for. Will certainly make arrangments to return

We stayed with Angela and Valentin for half a year. Her Cortijo is located on the outskirts of Antas and is nestled in a beautiful green oasis. Everything is very well maintained and arranged with a lot of love for detail. The central point in the wonderfully blooming garden is the large swimming pool. There are sunbeds and parasols all around as well as numerous seating options. We lived in a separate part of the finca. The bright apartment consists of an air-conditioned open plan living/dining area, a bathroom with window, a bedroom, also air-conditioned, and a magnificent terrace. Everything is perfectly equipped and very tastefully decorated and typical of the country. Angela and Valentin are very pleasant and helpful hosts and always careful that guests don't miss anything. Their spacious property was our home for 6 months. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We felt very comfortable with you. Kind regards Raoul & Francisco

Because we were going on a monthly stay, I was looking for a house with more bedrooms (for possible visits) and its own pool. This house absolutely met our expectations. You could say he surpassed it. David patiently communicated with us during the trip. Upon arrival, he did not spare us local recommendations, he patiently and promptly answered our questions. He very quickly fixed the broken dishwasher. They brought a new one and installed it in a few days. The house has all the necessary amenities you need for a shorter or longer stay, including a grill. The house is in a quiet part, relaxed neighbors, and not far from the center of events (about 1.5 km walk). There are plenty of different restaurants in the area, the local Sunday markets are excellent. We often went on bike rides (from 20 to 105 km). Also, the trips were worth it (Vera aquapark, Cartagena, Mojacar, Pulpí). In short, I can only recommend this location, this house and especially this host. And if it works out, we want to come again next year. It was amazing.

Our vacation at Máxime's house was great, our dogs felt at home, the house is very comfortable and better in reality than in the photos, the bed is very large and the mattress is very comfortable. Andrew was a very responsive and helpful host. The villa is actually much better than the pictures depict. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The outside space is superb, with great evening lighting, a range of seating that is very comfortable and provides plenty of sun and shade. Very nice clean pool and outdoor kitchen (although we did not use it). Very bright and spacious bedrooms, with great wardrobe space and plenty of hangars!!! The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. It was also helpful to have many kitchen basics there, oil, salt, spices, dishwasher tabs etc., Highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

We were a party of five and we all agreed that the Villa was spotless and well equipped with all the necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils.The pool was very deep at one end it was probably built before present safety regulations in force now, A key box at the property would help a lot we had no transport otherwise we had a great time Restaurant's all very good.
