Vacation rentals with breakfast in Palm Springs

If you're looking for a place to stay during your Joshua Tree NP stay, this is it! It's right next to Park Drive that takes you to the visitor's center and the park entrance. Convenient places to eat nearby (Crossroads Cafe) and coffee shops as well. The home is comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The video game machine was a hit with the kids and adults too. We also did an amazing star gazing tour one night as well. If I had to go back to Joshua Tree NP, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing house and so close to everything in Joshua Tree! Any questions I had Lynn responded right away. We had so much fun in the hot tub and star gazing at night. The fire pit was awesome as well. I would 100% stay here again and we had such a great stay.

Amazing, beautiful, and serene. My wife and I had a great weekend away from distractions. The location of the home was close enough to restaurants and food facilities that we could have deliveries or drive to pick up without being too far out of the way.

If you want to get away from it all this is the place! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the garage game room was fun. The stargazing is amazing while enjoying the fire pit. Very nice!

Loved Ryan's place! Very well decorated, comfy furnishings and well adorned kitchen which was SPOTLESS! I was just stopping through so didn't cook but would have loved it even more if we have been hanging out for a few days. Felt just like home!

Thanks for hosting us, we had a great time. The yard is especially nice with all the different stuff going on out there, like the hot tub, corn hole, fire pits, and hammocks. Lots of cute decor and furnishings inside as well. One downside was not having a second bathroom for the detached casita, but it wasn't a huge deal (or, maybe put a smart lock on the backdoor). Overall, I would totally recommend staying here!

Andrew’s home was amazing for a solo escape. The sweeping views, the peaceful sounds, and the homey touches. The bed was comfortable, and seeing the stars as you fall asleep was a nice perk. The jacuzzi and cowboy pool combo was perfect! The shower is a bit small but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend and will be back!

We couldn't have asked for a better place, the location was very private and the house was really clean, and super cute. I feel like the pictures don't do justice to how bright, and homey the house is. Maybe it's because my favourite colour is green and it was everywhere. I initially made the mistake of only booking for 1 person instead of 4, when I reached out to Ryan he responded within minutes letting me know there was no need to cancel; the reservation, because he would make the changes for me. Every time I communicated with him he was extremely responsive and explained things thoroughly, I never felt like he was annoyed of my questions. He also doesn't have ridiculous rules like "make all the beds, wash all the clothes" I'm on vacation and the last thing I want to do is clean like I'm a home. He has reasonable request like taking out the trash, and putting the dishes on the dishwasher. (if you can't do this, I don't know what to tell you ;) Great experience all around

Travis was a very friendly and accommodating host. The house was very beautiful. We stayed in the master suite with its own bathroom and direct access to the pool. I would love to stay here again for a future trip.

Perfect location for Coachella and close by the shuttles! Marty and Sandi were very nice and friendly. I appreciate all the snacks they gave us and made us feel right at home.

Not just an Airbnb to sleep at while in Idyllwild, but Hicksville Pines is a whole experience to be had (even if 420 isn’t your jam). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the Haunted Mansion hauntingly comfortable - can’t wait to get back ASAP to check out some of the other cool cabins!

If you are looking for peace and quiet and a host that will make you feel right at home you have found the spot. Debra's place worked perfect for us. We just needed a one night while visiting the area, unfortunately found out we should have stayed longer. The hiking and visiting the area needed much more than 1 night. Debra explained the history of the lodge and took the time to make sure we were well settled and had information on what we could do. You will enjoy your time if you stay !

We immediately vibed with Bruce and Barb. They are down to earth, kind, respectful and wonderful people. We felt welcomed but not overseen at all. The space was just as described and better. We echo the comments of all who came before us. This was the air Bruce and Barb for us, and we will certainly book again. We attended stagecoach and this place was easy to get to the venue, by shuttle, UBER and POV. Barb knew the ins and out, and pointed us in the right directions. One of the many community pools was just a few doors down, it was quiet and mostly empty whenever we saw it. The weather was amazing. I honestly can’t say enough. Book with these two. Protect them, they are rare and special.

We stayed here for Coachella and loved it! They are so kind and made us very delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend other people to stay here as well.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for us during Coachella weekend. Super cute and comfortable! She was away that weekend and we had the whole place to ourselves but didn’t have any trouble finding anything we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!
