The Unit was great and so was the host! Checking in was easy, as long as you get there before 10pm. Parking for one car was always available. Unit located on the 5th floor and close enough to elevator and entrance which made unpacking and forgetting something in the car not a big trek. Location is great at the Oceanwalk. On the beach with pools open till late at night. Pools were heated and beach was nice and clean. The only negative is that the Sun disappears behind the building by 2pm. But you only notice on a chilly day and if you are by the pools. As for the unit itself, it’s very nice. Views from the main balcony were stunning during Sunrise and Moonrise. The HVAC systems worked great and the beds were fine. Our kids had a great time. Host was very responsive. One the first night the water was cold. The next day someone was there and thankfully it was resolved quickly, with no issues for the rest of our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Beautiful scenery. Close to the springs. And only a 10 minute drive to downtown area which was a great way to spend an evening.

Had a great time at resort. Rooms were great and had no complaints. Sliding door to deck needs adjustment, but a little muscle and it closes. Weather, beach and everything there was great.

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

A very wonderful place to stay. Clean and cozy. This place is located in a great spot on Flagler Ave. so many things you can walk to including the beach.

Amazing view. Spacious and well appointed condo. Comfortably and beautifully furnished. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with panoramic ocean and inlet view, or an active day on the beach, and a nature walkway steps away.

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

We ended up booking Dalerie’s place at the last minute due to a rental that did not meet our needs due to a recent surgery. Dalerie was quick to respond to our request and the place was perfect for our family. We had an 11 month old along so the availability of a highchair and the large space for us to move around was a huge win. Her house was stocked appropriately for things for the beach as well as the kitchen. The pool was a must as we have a four year-old granddaughter who loves to swim. It was the perfect opportunity in the afternoon to burn off some more energy after the beach before we went to one of many yummy places nearby for dinner. The screen porch is lovely! And her location in Vilano Beach is terrific. If you want to walk to the beach it is easily accessible down the street. We prefer Porpoise Point beach in order to drive with all our stuff and it is 5 minutes down the road. I highly recommend this rental!

Christina's place is beautiful. The place is very quiet, we enjoyed the nice pool and the fun games and karaoke in the garage. Had new tommy bahama beach chairs and a great sun shield for use at the beach. Christina was always responsive and helpful with any issues. Her place had everything you could need. It was clean and very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. Great location for easy drive into historic downtown. Caps is a quick walk and beautiful for a sunset. Nice beach on 3rd Street, we dropped off all our stuff and drove back to the house and my husband walked back, 10 minutes. Nice having a publix nearby for groceries too. We would definitely recommend staying at Christina's!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our pool heater turned on due to the storm and was unbelievably hot, we noticed late around 11pm and Alina was right on top of it. This is the second place we have stayed at with Alina and will be back next year. Couldn’t recommend more!!

The place was OUTSTANDING. The outside looks normal but the inside is all modernized with a nice all in one washer/dryer, remote controlled lights and fans in the rooms, showers were nice and not too small. Our kids liked the checkers/chess board in the study and we liked that the place was well stocked with everything down to the coffee in the kitchen.

This is my second time staying at this property. Both times have been an absolute pleasure. The place is always clean. Just outside of town making it quiet yet close enough to be in town in minutes. Will be Back!

Gorgeous old house. The piano was an extra treat. Great location.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! We were met at check in and familiarized with the condo and the condo complex. Beach towels were provided as well as 3 beach chairs. The kitchen is nicely appointed and included an air fryer! They’re so handy! Would stay here again!

AMAZING place for kids! We had an issue when we first arrived but Pheap was on it and fixed it for us fast and then checked on us to make sure all our needs were met for the rest of our stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay to be right in the action for Daytona Beach. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the view was gorgeous. The pool and beach access was perfect. This spot is walkable to many nice restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

We have two sons in their twenties and it was our oldest son birthday and holiday weekend. We had no problems at all with the management company they provided us with every detail ( Read through the paperwork provided ) The check in process was very smooth the communication was on point. I was dealing directly with Alexis from Ocean Luxury Vacations she was an absolute dream to deal with answering my questions as well as sending notifications and emails promptly and attentive to every detail. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. She was always very pleasant and friendly to me. The location was amazing we could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the condo and the only other place we have had that ability is on a cruise ship or in the Florida Keys. Everything was great for our family vacation the condo was very clean, spacious, plenty of space for us all, and the location was perfect!! We saw fireworks and the launch of the shuttle in Cape Canaveral

Loved Tony’s place. Clean, well designed and very comfortable. Two things would be good to add - 1) Simple Curtains on the Sliding Glass Door facing the ocean. The glare is very bright all morning. 2) Remove the high table and chairs and add two regular chairs like the ones there and an end table.

This condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The location was perfectly situated with beach access and close to restaurants and stores. Would love to stay here again!

Just wrapped up a wonderful vacation at Pelican View! Having visited the Daytona area multiple times while my daughter was in college there, I can honestly say this is the best unit I've stayed in locally BY FAR. From the easy garage access to the pristine nature of the condo's interior, everything was just... easy. The hosts were phenomenal with their overall welcoming nature and quick response time when needed. As an added bonus, we quickly discovered Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill on the pier less than a 5 minute walk away! Many quick meals and tasty beverages were consumed at this convenient location on the pier. Finally, we had never stayed outside of the main strip of Daytona Beach and I much prefer this unit's Daytona Shores location: Overall it's much quieter, cleaner, and generally less of a tourist-trap feel. All in all, I would highly recommend Pelican View for anyone needing accommodation in this area and will certainly be back in the future.
