Beachfront vacation rentals in Palm Beach

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

David and Nathalie were true Superhosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Their hospitality really made our visit to Cannes even more special. The apartment was in an amazing location, just steps from everything, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place. Our stay at Clive and Lily’s studio in Cannes was amazing, the highlight was the view from the balcony. The location was ideal and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, highly recommend and already booked our next stay!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

An amazing space! Etienne was very communicative and welcomed us on time. Space is in a very ideal location located right on the promenade within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Furniture was clean. Bathroom was pristine; everything worked well. Would recommend staying here on your visit to Cannes.

Fantastic location in Cannes, walkable to the sea and shops nearby. Perfect for a large group (9 of us) and the flat is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. Remy has also been great and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, and was very clean!! The hosts always responded within minutes of contacting them and we're always friendly. My only note for awareness if driving, there was free street parking that we found spots close to the appartment, and there was a parking lot at the end of the block that seemed to be free parking most of the time, but there didn't seem to be free onsite parking. Overall, the hosts were great!! They were flexible with our checki-in when we notified them late of our arrival time and provided answers to our questions quickly. the apartment was beautiful and located ina. great location!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, stylish, and in a perfect location-close to everything in Cannes. The best part was the stunning view-absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. Communication was smooth, and check-in was easy. I felt very comfortable and at home. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
