This location was a gem! Beautiful scenery and lots of space. The house accommodated us perfectly and we had a great time! Very large pool that my kids and young adult children enjoyed. Beautiful house with a game room that came in handy with the few rainy days we had. Always had entertainment. I really appreciated the two large tables one inside and one outside so I could bring the family together for dinner.

This house was an absolute joy to stay in. We disnt need to leave the property to be entertained, it had what we wanted all on site. The fishing, paddle boat, canoe, were all very enjoyable. Sitting on the deck at sunset and sunrise right on the water was amazing.

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

One of my favorite moments was waking up early to watch the sunrise from the dock—so peaceful. My brothers had a blast fishing too. The house itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and just the right fit for all of us. Lindsey was an amazing host—so responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Robin's location in South Cocoa Beach, on the Banana River, is phenomenal. Robin was always responsive and communicative. She went out of her way to accommodate a few special requests. We loved being able to launch our paddleboard and kayak in the backyard. We saw dolphins and water birds every day and saw a rocket launch one night. Robin told us about great restaurants in the area and the timing of the rocket launch. It was nice to have the dryer to dry clothes since we were in the water much of the time. The closest public beach access is easily walkable. It had construction going on, but it wasn't too far to a quieter spot a block or two down. We enjoyed daily paddles and easy walks during our visit. For sleeping comfort, we asked for the thermostat to be lowered at night since that cannot be done from inside the room. The walls, shared with the house, are kind of thin, but blackout curtains and fan (for white noise) made the bedroom more comfy. Overall great spot!
