It covers a total area of 130sqm on one level, plus another 40 sq. m. of terrace accessed by an elegant staircase present in the living room. Inside there are two bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and televisions also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (usable on request at an additional cost of €20 per person) and screen, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a large opening with the kitchen area equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, a table for breakfast and whatever else you need to make you feel at home; there is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, so that even long stays can be comfortably accommodated. The large furnished terrace equipped with an umbrella is ideal for having a nice time.
