Posee caja de seguridad. Excelente ducha. Equipado con Internet Wi-Fi, posee 2 TV : una de 42" en el living y otra de 32" en la habitación con Netflix, 2 aires acondicionados, calefacción, microondas, tostadora, 1 gran heladera, cafetera y termo eléctrico, tender extensible para el secado de la ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. El departamento ha sido reformado en mayo 2016, esto incluye pisos nuevos, colchón nuevo de alta calidad así como ropa blanca. En diciembre 2016 se colocó una cocina nueva, eléctrica. Me encuentro disponible en el celular para cualquier solicitud, consulta o recomendaciones sobre la ciudad de Buenos Aires o sobre el departamento. Se hace una limpieza general por semana con cambio de ropa blanca sin cargo. El departamento tiene puerta blindada y abajo en la recepción hay guardias de seguridad las 24h. Posee caja de seguridad.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.
