Family-friendly vacation rentals in Palermo

We love every minute we stay in Alejandro's apartment, he alone is a love of a person, gave several tips on where to go and what to do ! The view of the apartment is beautiful, the concierge works 24h, there is metro, restaurants and fast food close to go ! The building has a great structure with gym, sauna and even laundry (you have to book laundry). We stayed 7 nights and had full assistance from Alejandro answered our whats whenever he could, msm he tbm being on vacation. Super recommend me my wife and my daughter enjoy everything !

Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all the necessary and clean materials. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find it and reported it to me. I found out later that the lost item was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of hiking. The gentlemen at the reception are always helpful, careful about the building's security and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is very comfortable and complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is unbeatable, a quiet area close to everything. In the impeccable bathroom, you'll find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Elizabeth really cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

I really liked the apartment, it's comfortable and has a beautiful view. The pool on the 27th floor is simply beautiful, and the hydro is a plus. Laura is a genius. I recommend it 100%

Very happy with our experience staying with Emilia, super practical and simple check-in, very comfortable and spacious accommodation with the great plus of having a garage inside the building, in addition to being located in an area with many services nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

Everything is excellent! But consider putting oil and essential products to be able to take advantage of the kitchen!

Son todos MUY amables, atentos y el departamento estaba impecablemente limpio (gracias a la ayuda de sus padres). Fui muy feliz allí. Tenía todo lo que necesitaba y volveré a reservar! Martin I didn't meet in person, Facu ☺️ and his parents 😍 all came together to help me when my other Airbnb had a flood and I needed somewhere to stay. They are all VERY friendly, kind, attentive and the apartment was perfectly clean (thanks to the parents helping). I was so very very happy there. It was everything I needed and I will book again!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is very conveniently located, there are many bars and restaurants nearby for nightlife and Maru was an amazing host, I hope to be back soon.

We had a great time visiting Buenos Aires. Carolina’s place is wonderful for families, super spacious, kitchen is extremely equipped, super calm, quiet and clean. Great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, playgrounds and markets. Highly recommend, super convenient. Host is super responsive and great communication!

Daniela was very kind in all the questions I asked her and in the instructions she gave, the apartment is quite spacious and nice. I'll just leave out a few things that weren't so important to me, since I left very early in the morning and returned very late at night, because I was alone, but maybe it's good to mention if a couple/family is going: - The hot water only allows showers of about 5 minutes and to be able to use it again you have to wait about half an hour. - The kitchen is electric induction - The kitchen has an electric oven, I missed a microwave - It's quite cold, but it had an electric heater and air conditioning. - There are no windows to the outside, there is a window but it overlooks a wall. - The bed and pillows were a little hard, but they do the job. - It has everything you need to eat: cutlery, plates, glasses, refrigerator, kitchen, oven, etc. - Everything was very clean - Daniela left some cookies that saved me a lot for the day I arrived.

Wonderful stay, the apartment is very bright, spacious, large terrace, beautiful views, the neighborhood is unbeatable as it is Palermo.

The convenience is great ! The price is fair! Pabli is a very helpful host to solve whatever you need, he was super kind in making our check-in more flexible! I definitely recommend it and would come back again!

Victoria helped us from the moment we arrived. The entire team of co-hosts responded quickly and were very friendly. The apartment is in a nice area: good restaurants, in front there is a supermarket, next to a parking lot... close to Av Santa Fe. The kitchen is super-equipped, 4 of us were comfortable. Thank you especially because there was yerba for my mate👌. Everything matches the description. We will definitely be back! 10/10 💪

The place is perfect, great location, comfortable, clean, Buenos Aires it is a beautiful city and Puerto Madero is a great place to stay. Luciano has a great communication and was very kind during our stay. I recommend this place.

Tomas is a great host - communicative, attentive, friendly and lots of recommendations. The apartment has all the amenities you’d need and plenty of linen, towels etc to make your stay homely. It’s very near transport links and great eating places. There are also a lot of amenities in the building. Definitely recommend!

Had a nice stay at Ari Y Pablos airbnb. Host was very responsive and the area is surrounded by incredible restaurants, cafes, parks and supermarkets. You can walk in any direction and explore the amazing beauty of Buenos Aires.

Florencia's Place was the perfect start to our Argentinian Experience! It was easy to find, a quick uber/taxi from the airport. It matched the description perfectly, the only thing we didn't see or hear of was the washer. But it was a wonderful stay, in great location and a wonderful book of recommendations! Would highly suggest staying here if visiting Argentina. Thank you Florencia & Cecilia! :)
