Monthly Rentals in Paleloni

Kefalas is a great village to stay in, its very typical Greek and not spoiled and touristic. It has two nice restaurants, two little supermarkets for groceries, al within walking distance. The location is great to travel to Chania, Rethimnon, Georgioupoli, but also Aptera, Lake Kournas, Plakias, or walk one of the Gorges. The house is unbelievable with multiple lighted places to sit in the garden of balcony. So if you want Sun or Shade it is easy to find. The house is very spacious with 3 nice bedrooms, and also room to relay and sit as well downstairs as upstairs. You can park your car on the own terrain next to the house.

This villa is stunning. You have an expansive view of the water from every room and mountains (snow-capped when we were there) on the opposite side. The kitchen is large with ample space to cook. The villa is very private. It’s near a tiny town, but most tourist sites are a solid 30-45 min drive away. That is what we wanted—there is lots of hiking nearby and it is so peaceful at night. The pool and hot tub are very clean. Temp is weather-influenced in both. If you are looking for privacy, calm and an escape from the touristic mobs in main towns, this is the place for you!

We had the loveliest stay at Sotiris place. Sotiri and Katherine were so nice and helpful and kept surprising us with fresh fruit, eggs, baked goods and great veggies. The place is equipped with all you need and more. There is a lovely fireplace to keep you nice and warm during colder evenings (we were there in March). The area itself is really beautiful with a view of the mountains, a short hike from the sea and close to lots of really nice hiking. The place is so peaceful, we felt right at ease. It was the best start to our holiday we could have imagined :)
