Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

The apartment is small and cute, it is right on a beautiful place with the possibility to take an aperitivo in many small bars. You can enjoy the student flair near the main attractions. Location was perfect for us! The only drawback is that it is a little clairvoyant in the hallway. The host is very accommodating :)

Arianna’s place is in a quiet area a little out of the chaos in Bologna center. She was very communicative and helpful with recommending lots of good places to eat nearby. She was also very accommodating with my mistake of underbooking by one day and was very gracious and understanding. It was truly top notch hosting.

We had a great experience during our stay. The hosts were very helpful right away, offering great flexibility about check-in and providing all the necessary information to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The studio was tastefully furnished and with everything we needed, which allowed us to feel immediately at home. The cleanliness and order of the structure were impeccable, showing great attention to detail. In addition, the location is very convenient: parking is right in front and there is only about a 15-minute drive to the center of Bologna. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hosts are really nice and ready to help, making the experience even more positive.

I was hosted by Francesca, very kind, welcoming and helpful, I found the apartment tidy and clean, and it also has a side table with chairs to eat outdoors. The pool is close to the apartment, and has an outdoor shower with hot water. The place is quiet, I recommend it for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature, there is also a nice viewpoint and you can admire the sunset.

Marco and his wife were very helpful throughout the stay, welcomed me into their apartment in person and showed me the spaces and what to see in the surroundings. The apartment is in a central but still very quiet area, with everything you need nearby. I found everything very clean, including bedding and bathroom. There was everything you needed to cook. I stayed for 3 weeks and I can say that I didn't miss anything! Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality! See you next time.

Everyone was very nice, the neighbors were very nice, A nice place to rest, a big thank you personally to Maria. For the address, the GPS told us that we had arrived, but we had to continue the road for about 300 m. And Borgo Isora will be on your left. The road is winding to get there, you have to be careful. Very nice place to go.

Giulia’s apartment had everything we needed for our four night stay. It is spacious, well appointed, very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The large patio was the ideal spot for an afternoon drink overlooking the beautiful trees in the very large front yard. A day trip trip to Bologna involved a short drive to the Rastignano station car park to catch the train to Bologna Centrale. Giula was the perfect host and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
